Made to celebrate the 250th anniversary of Mozart's birth, IN SEARCH OF MOZART is the first feature-length documentary on Mozart's life. Produced with the world's leading orchestras and musicians, told through a 25,000 mile journey along every route Mozart followed, this detective story takes us to the heart of genius. Throughout, it is the music that takes center stage, with the jigsaw of Mozart's life fitting around it. With rigorous analysis from musicologists and experts such as Jonathan Miller, Cliff Eisen, Nicholas Till, Bayan Northcott and the late Stanley Sadie, a new, vivid impression of the composer emerges. It dispels the many common myths about Mozart's genius, health, relationships, death and character, to present a new image, very different from Milos Forman's 'Amadeus'.

Paul K (kr) wrote: A good take on life in Israel from a largely Arab point of view. It's a thriller, with a plot that draws together the story lines of the main characters through a series of narratives. The time lines overlap, to bring all the tales together at the final denouement. It's also short on explanatory detail, so as a whole it's tricky to follow: but well worth persevering as it tells a good tale of life in the more difficult strata of Israeli society today. Tragedy, needless violence, desperation in the face of poverty. These characters do bad stuff in response to bad situations.

Matthew S (ru) wrote: This is the twisted little sister to the 1980's HEATHERS. And, it is sadly over-looked and under appreciated. Darren Stein's film is clever, shrewd, rude and provocative fun. This remains Rose McGowan's finest hour as an actor.
Guye J (nl) wrote: I enjoyed this 1994 movie! I just wish the fighting sense with Wesley Snipes was a little better like when he was in Demolition Man and Blade. It was good to see Malcolm Jamel Warner and Gary Busey! This movie reminds me of the movie "Point Break" starring Keanu Reeves and Patrick Swyaze but a little better.

Entertaining, but nothing deep or overly intelligent. There are also cameo's by other NBA legend's like Larry Bird and Bob Cousy. Guilty pleasure film.

Allan C (it) wrote: Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers dance to Irving Berlin songs, so is there really much more you need to know? If you do need to know more, Ginger is seeing psychiatrist Fred when the two become romantically involved. This dil mis actually more comedic than most of their films, an there are actually only four dance numbers, but it all still quite enjoyable, if not their best film. Ralph Bellamy co-stars and Belin's "Change Partners" is featured in the film.
Jos M (au) wrote: A 'haunted abandoned hospital' horror. Sadly, the hospital looks more like a factory. Very little atmosphere, too little 'gotticky' to it....Tacky acting, story senseless in places, previsible...
