Shawn G (ca) wrote: Great idea, but it would have been better as a regular "30 Days" episode.

Dorianator F (it) wrote: Very good movie. Very eye-opening to how we treat our prisoners that were accused of terrorism overseas. It's very sad and mind boggling. The film was very well-made and introduced new things to me. It emphasised our corrupt system of "higher ups". The only complaint I had was the repetition used in the movie. The movie would frequently bring up the same things repeatedly.

Sarah (kr) wrote: The beginning of this is probably going to be really lame, but the middle and ending sound like they could be good...

Richard B (br) wrote: Amazing good a bit of everything comedy action romance

Alec B (nl) wrote: There's enough good stuff for me to say that I liked it, (Annette Bening is fantastic) even though the film has a weird narrative. I like that the story begins well after Siegel is an established gangster, but I don't think Levison or Toback know exactly what they are trying to say about him (there seems to be some attempt to connect Siegal's madness to the American dream, but I don't think it goes anywhere).

Lisa S (de) wrote: I will preface this review by saying that this movie was not horrible. First of all, this film is more of a biography/documentary of daily teenage girl life in Australia. If you think that would make for a good movie, go ahead and see this movie. If not, read on. Second, this movie is boring. There is little in the way of an actual plot or story, and that made it pretty boring. Lastly, the ending is good, but I don't think it's a good idea to make the audience wait over an hour or longer for something that could have happened much earlier in the film. Anyway, I wont recommend this movie, but I wont tell you not to watch it either. If you are really a fan of serious drama, you may enjoy this.

Matthew C (it) wrote: Kazan's Panic in the Streets tries to be a movie of multiple genres - a potential-disaster film mixed with film noir and while it doesn't completely fail it definitely bores. The film isn't one that can be claimed to be ahead of its time - just simply a film that can be used in film studies classes to demonstrate what a film noir should look like. There was nothing spectacular about this film - but the interesting thing of notice on this film is that all actors (except for the lead actors) were all everyday people shot in their natural work habitats. The scene in which Clint is addressing the dockworkers - all of those dockworkers are actual dockworkers who filmed for the day instead of working... which I thought was cool.Other than that, in my honest opinion, this is one of Kazan's misses as the plot fails to captivate and connect an audience to the characters.

Ashley H (fr) wrote: Midnight Lace is an interesting film. It is about an American woman who claims to a victim of a stalker. Rex Harrison and Doris Day give wonderful performances. The screenplay is well written. David Miller did a great job directing this movie. I enjoyed watching this motion picture because of the mystery. Midnight Lace is a must see.

Ryan S (fr) wrote: 4/5. One of the best films in the series. With some really inspired traps, a decent plot, a memorable protagonist, and a really great theme, Saw 6 is much better than it should be.

Scott M (nl) wrote: Couldn't make it through to the end. I just don't like movies by Wes Anderson. Nothing makes sense to me. Everyone is like a cartoon and not a real person.

Dathan R (it) wrote: my God, this movie is horrible. Not only does it have a really stupid villain, not only are all the characters 2dimensional, not only is it cliqued beyond compare, but it is SO boring! it can't even be so bad its good, it is so boring! Only William Shatner is bearable in this movie because he is the only one willing to try to actually act, and even then he only has 7 minutes of screen time as emotional support for the main character.

MF J (de) wrote: It's an ok film, nothing exceptional here, Harrison Ford fills the bill. Total Netflix.
