Summer A (fr) wrote: Looks like a cute, but extremely predictable movie.

Dan H (jp) wrote: It's actually not bad. They get the murders right (for the most part), and the theory they posit is one of the more popular ones .

Mel L (ru) wrote: Haha I remember this being on t.v as well. This was actually kind of good, it had some good creepy moments but nothing too major.

Matt H (ru) wrote: I'm sure this seemed better when it was originally released due in large part to a dearth in solid science fiction stories, but it hasn't aged well.

JonLuc A (ca) wrote: From Russia with Love is the fantastic follow-up to Dr. No. Everything is back, but even better. Connery is more engaging as Bond: one moment he's the perfect gentleman, next minute he's clocking someone, all while managing to make wisecracks about any situation. The plot is better as well, with Bond forming a genuine relationship with Russian beauty Tatiana (Daniela Bianchi). But with SPECTRE doing everything they can to foil Bond's mission, is she really who she seems? Robert Shaw is great as the villain Donald Grant, who's just as skilled a fighter as Bond and almost as clever. Rosa Klebb is a deadly, intelligent Russian agent, and the infamous Blofeld, stroking his white cat, makes his first of many appearances in the series. Everything works, but what's notable is that, much like Dr. No, this feels different from the explosive later entries in the series. From Russia with Love works as an action and spy movie, but it's also surprisingly romantic, making you wish Bond and Tatiana had stayed together for other movies. Alas, the series is mostly serialized, so it would never happen, but that is part of the series' charm, I suppose. The locations and sets are also gorgeous, adding even more depth to the proceedings. The best was yet to come, as the follow-up, Goldfinger, is even better than this.

Tom W (nl) wrote: Didn't watch the entire thing, admittedly. But I think it's fair to say what you see is... better than what you get. What you get is pretty terrible. It does get... better... as it goes on, though. A tiny little bit...

Sutthirak P (jp) wrote: Its story & Gwyneth Paltrow's performance proves that "Proof" wasn't bad but it really needed to be re-edited to prevent the confusion about timeline.
