INXS: Live Baby Live

The live concert footage of the band INXS playing a sold out show in front of 74,000 fans at Wembley Stadium on July 13 1991

INXS fans can rejoice over the release of this buoyant concert film, shot during an ecstatic performance before 72,000 hopping fans in London's Wembley Stadium on July 13, 1991. The Australian band's vocalist, the late Michael Hutchence, is at his feral-romantic best, stalking and swiveling his way through an energized set of welterweight pop. The show starts with a big, boomy "Guns in the Sky," takes a turn toward unexpected soulfulness with "New Sensation," and spreads the wealth with a sharp set of ballads and rockers. Hutchence has fun with a naughty "Know the Difference," plays around with a Jagger-esque take on confessional soul in "The Loved One," and milks "Never Tear Us Apart" for all it's worth. The band sounds more muscular than they did in the studio, hard-charging and rough on "Suicide Blonde," drunk on a jazzy guitar hook in "Need You Tonight," and completely danceable on "Bitter Tears." . INXS: Live Baby Live torrent reviews

AndrClaude L (it) wrote: Beautifully shot, clever in its symbolics, and it makes you think about life and death, about faith and science.

Dorian G (us) wrote: An inspiring and entertaining look into kids golf. These 6 to 8 year olds are great golfers, and they are surprisingly funny! Their parents aren't like crazy pageant parents either.

David L (nl) wrote: Dolphin Tale has charming characters, fun story, solid direction, warm tone and good cinematography. It is often too sentimental and cheesy, the plot is very predictable and formulaic, the acting is nothing to write home about and there are some sequences that are totally unnecessary and those scenes prolong what should have been a short movie, but it is a children's film that is not difficult for adults to watch thanks to caring approach, heartfelt tone and inspirational real-life story. It is nothing spectacular, but it is an enjoyable little family flick, especially for children and animal lovers.

Traci M (es) wrote: this is an amazingly beautiful love story...it pulls at your heart with the truth of family and love. I am so thrilled to have selected this to watch and consider the story and lesson a gift.

The animation is fun and simple, and the story (well, not exactly a story, but a bunch of sports-based vignettes) is pretty well done with a fun little concept. "Love's Not For Me" is also one of the most beautiful songs I've heard in a film.

Stephen C (ca) wrote: While not as good as Lesters own Musketeers films ,this period romp still has plenty going for it,most notably Lesters eye for the absurd and the down right funny. Malcom McDowell is on top form as the cowarldy and roguish Flashman who find himself drawn into the world of shady european politics by Oliver Reed and Alan Bates . Lester packs his cast with cracking cameos including Lionel Jeffries as a metal handed villain(Who gets some of the films best laughs) A befuddled Alistair Sim and early appearances from Bob Hoskins and David Jason. The film also has some top notch action including a duel on a Bridge and a final Swordfight between Flashy and one of the villains. Its a shame that Lester retired from directing as i for one am a huge fan of his films and i feel its time to reappraise his work as a director.

Ryan S (jp) wrote: Ed Wood's take on the Hitchcockian thriller turns out to be pretty damn entertaining, if not a little thoughtless. The "twist" ending is pretty funny, as are the typically wooden performances you've come to expect from his direction.

Bill C (ca) wrote: Fun b-movie with Linnea Quigley and Michelle Bauer.

Carlos M (jp) wrote: The technical aspects are just decent for this sort of major production that wants so much to be the next Lawrence of Arabia (take a look at the irregular cinematography in the night scenes), but this is an interesting epic with an excellent script for those (like me) who love war strategy.

Heather M (mx) wrote: This was a sappy and adorable love story about a husband and wife and their daughter's journey to find love.
