Hiroko D (it) wrote: I enjoyed it very much. I appreciated the dynamics of love and imperfection and most appreciated the kindness that was given from one family member to another. The way family members should interact with one another. I was grateful for Kate Hudson's character and how she was so loving to her husband in a situation that many wives would never have tolerated. The love was what maintained calm amidst the chaos and helped them push through the hardships. The hardships were familiar, the way things worked in the story were not. Thank you for this movie.

J K (it) wrote: Sometimes I wonder if some of these movie producers are aliens or mental ward patients because 40 percent of all movie premeses are just plain stupid, like this mess.

Christopher B (au) wrote: Pleasant little comedy based on a true story. Kinda fun seeing an 'older generation of gals' getting flirty with their natural attributes - many for the first time.

Allen B (jp) wrote: Pretty bland take on an interesting subject. The film had lots of potential, but really never explores the subject as well as it could have. It does showcase the insanity of fundamentalists pretty well, though, culminating in a great moment between a group of angry nonreligious teens and one of the organizers of the "Hell House" event. The highlight of the film, really.

Ryan O (fr) wrote: As Far As My Feet Will Carry Me is a fantastic WWII escape movie from Germany. While the story may seem familiar to most flims in its genre, it isnt. Based on a true story, this film is a fine display of the strenghth of the human spirit during times of turmoil. Coupled with some great acting and fine cinematography, As Far As My Feet Will Carry Me is a journey to go on. The only flaw is at times, the pacing seems a little slow and some moments of peril seem to be over-the-top. Nonetheless, a great film.

Cindy I (kr) wrote: With this film about a gangster in love with a girl out of his league, Robert Taylor showed the world that he was more than just a (VERY) pretty face. He showed his soft romantic side that all the ladies loved, but also pulled a badass out of his hat that satisfied the male audience. Lana Turner did a fine job as his love interest (she'd really show her stuff a few years later in The Postman Always Rings Twice), and Van Heflin won an Oscar as Eager's alcoholic sidekick. A good example of 40's film noir.

David A (gb) wrote: Non-stop action doesn't mean you don't need to have characterization for your characters. Still, "Black Hawk Down" offers thrilling sequences and frightening images to keep us invested on our heroes who must get back to base safe and sound. Definitely not for the faint of heart. Too bad it barely has any heart to begin with.
