Possibly having him finally finding his home planet and maybe discovering he's not the '''last living''' Furyan.

(it) wrote: I wish they had explained more about what was going on. The film was suspenseful so that was good. The plot twist at the end was totally predictable but I'm glad they had a twist. The pacing was very good.On the whole, this wasn't the most memorable film even though it was pretty well done. The film didn't have a huge budget but it made good use of what it was given.

(gb) wrote: damn! this is horrible, i would say its a low budget movie, bad cast bad storyline...don't waste money on this
(it) wrote: Low budget, cheesy, awesome, and every thing more than you'd expect. It's a film about a giant killer piece of poop. How could it go wrong?

(de) wrote: Utterly captivating and oppressive 2 1/2 hours spent in the company of a U Boat crew. Absolutely engrossing.

My best friend Charlie and I worshiped this movie for a few important teenage boy reasons as we were teenage boys..Stacey Nelkin as "Candy" and Barabra Bach as "Bliss", Tom Poston as a lovable pedophile and easily the best soundtrack of any movie from the 1980s...Jonathan Richman, Nick Lowe, Iggy Pop, Cheap Trick, The Kinks, Blondie Blow Up, Lou Reed..Obviously, this is where the budget was spent. Ron Leibman, a fine character actor from the 1970s, had his name removed from the advertising and the final credits...Yep, that bad.
(au) wrote: Really great and timeless film. It hits you about 2/3 of the way through through and doesn't stop until you can't take it anymore and then its over. The only reason why i didn't give it five stars is because sometimes the dance routines (especially from the Jets) at times gets a bit long. But every time you get back to the love story it resumes its charm.
