Sylvester E (us) wrote: This was not a Tekken movie AT ALL. Sure we had Kazuya, Heihachi and Brian Fury (played by Gary Daniels who only showed up close to the end of the movie) but that's it. Kazuya's name was only K. because he had amnesia and Heihachi only showed up periodically just to watch him and do voice over for K's memories and then at the end. It seemed like they tried to make a Tekken movie away from Namco or something. No signature moves or costumes. Kazuya did one move at the end that looked like the Mishima style uppercut but was as lame as the Shoryuken Ken did in the 90's Street Fighter movie. The story was lame and unworthy of just a regular action/martial arts film. The fight scenes were below the level of the first movie. Kane Losing did the best he could in the fight scenes with what he had I guess which was not much, causing the movie to be not much of a show.,,The drama was laughable and the plot twist predictable. They even had the nerve to end it like it was a big cliff hanger once he got his memories back to make it seem like another had the right to come. Since they have an actual good martial artist for this mess versus the Kazuya from the the first Tekken Gahbage, it may just continue. Such a disgrace!

Luke C (ca) wrote: As stated in previous commets, Rising Damp the movie is just recycled material from the cult tv series. Watch the tv series and not the movie is my advice.
Tom F (jp) wrote: I honestly have no idea why people love this movie. I love comedies of all sorts, and this should've been right up my alley- Woody Harrelson, zombies, violence- but it was just dull, stupid, insipid, and I didn't laugh one single time. For comedy with zombies, there are much better options than this lowest-common-denominator pandering horsecrap.
