Des S (au) wrote: I'm glad I took a chance on this movie. I think it was a pretty good remake of the original and was fun to watch.

Johnny F (gb) wrote: This movie is fantastic. It's awesome!

Daniel F (de) wrote: A movie so stupid that it can only be watched if your in a mood to get all your immature friends over and watch this over a good mountain dew. Funny but totally immature and is total nonsense

Will D (us) wrote: I really do not know whether I liked The Dark Hours or not. I thought it was well-made and very creepy, but was turned off by the Saw-esque gore and some moments of terrible unrealistic reaction dialogue.

k b (ru) wrote: Homophobes beware. Brilliant casting and true to life contemplation of sexuality. Funny little moments is what makes this film so memorable. McKidd shines here; nice to see him smile in a role!

David T (au) wrote: Another version of Stephen King's Maximum Overdrive (which King wrote and directed himself) and Maximum Overdrive was no cinematic master piece by no means. King will tell you that himself. However "Trucks" which sounds like it will be more promising just ends up proving that you can't beat the original. Maximum Overdrive is no great movie but it was fun. It's a fun B picture is how I look at it. The best way to describe this adaptation is that this one has flat tires.

Cari N (fr) wrote: Best of Tarantino next to Four Rooms.

James D (br) wrote: This is the kind of movie that they sadly don't make any more. "The President is ill, so they find your average Joe American and make him President". It sounds like just the kind of fish-out-of-water schlock that if made today would be awful and slapstick and probably star Eddie Murphy in a fatsuit, but in these hands it's a wonderful, understated and deftly handled comedy. A classic comedy film.

Andrei B (br) wrote: A propaganda ideolgica e a romantizao fazem desse filme algo exclusivo para o gosto americano. Alm disso nada de muito importante realmente acontece.

Neil D (ru) wrote: get over the fact that Cusack cant speak with a german accent or any accent for that matter and you'll enjoy this move. Even without the accent Cusack gives a great performance along with the rest of the cast. Great ending as well!
