Darren W (it) wrote: decent script , but for me kinda shallow , and loses it's way halfway through but manages to just pull it back in the end .solid movie with some decent performances .besides a sloppy 2nd half !

Nolan M (ca) wrote: A different path for director Woody Allen, but its a thriller that works big time. Great Movie!

Marisa R (es) wrote: This is a great move, no surprise since I know Konkona doesn't make anything unworthy every. I really like Rahul Bose too, and both did a great job! I enjoyed a lot the music and the gorgeous scenery shown, contrasted by our human nature of destroying everything... excellent one, I didn't give it full 5 just because I felt a little more could be done with the story, something a little bolder.

Andrew M (us) wrote: What a great movie! So true. Everything we have in this world is just like sand and fog...

Raindawn D (au) wrote: Finally found this movie. It wasn't what I thought, what with all the buzz about it I've heard here at Flixtser. I'd give it 3 stars but only because Marton Csokas starred as the infamous Shad Kern and saved it, but you don't see enough of this extraordinary character in it. Marton carried this movie. In fact I have to say his chacter saved it. Rain

Josh M (fr) wrote: The Last Big Thing is one of those Indie Hipster movies about nothing in particular. There is a sort of twist at least but its more of an "Oh" than an "OMG".

Rodney E (ca) wrote: This is pretty unwatchable. Mel Brooks..what happened? This movie sucks..pun may or may not be intended.

Brad G (ru) wrote: "Excuse me, did I hear you say you could use some nose candy?" If you're looking for a Roger Corman cheapie to help you through your Humanoids From The Deep craving than I suggest you skip this and just rewatch Humanoids From The Deep. Yes, there is some excellent awful dialog that will put a smile on your face, but not enough to keep you thoroughly entertained. Nor is there enough Demon in this Paradise. Bummer. VF.

Kevin R (it) wrote: You're like all four Beach Boys rolled up in one pair of flippers. A group of high school friends in the San Fernando Valley decide that they don't need to live with their parents anymore. Each girl has their own personal issues to overcome; but once out on their own, they discover life is more complicated than they anticipated and some of their issues that caused the problems with their parents will only get worse once they are on their own. "She got grounded." "How come?" "She's a virgin." Adrian Lyne, director of Flashdance, Fatal Attractions, Jacob's Ladder, Indecent Proposal, and Nine 1/2 Weeks, delivers Foxes. The storyline for this picture is very good and this is a great coming of age film in similar regards to Easy Rider. I loved the plot told from the female perspective and the acting was fantastic. The cast includes Jodie Foster, Cherie Curry, Marilyn Kagan, Randy Quad, and Scott Biao. "I hate my hips." Foxes was a movie my wife DVR'd and decided she didn't want to see. I decided to give it a shot and thought it was very good. The characters are well portrayed and delivered and the cast was very impressive. I was especially impressed with Cherie Curry. Overall, this is an excellent drama that was well written and is definitely worth your time. "No dip? Fuck you all." Grade: A
