Brad R (gb) wrote: "Alright, bitch. Now, I thought that I could get through this without objectifying myself in a sexy cat fight. But it looks like that's impossible, now."Movie filled with low budget cheese for the sake of cheese is cheesy and awesome.

Sylvester K (es) wrote: A nasty southern tale of all the taboo subject. Killer Joe is a almost an homage to Fargo (but much darker) about a hired gunman to create insurance fraud gone wrong. There was not a single likeable character in this depressing tale of depravity, it was surprising to see McConaughey playing the villain though. It makes us laugh at the uncomfortable situation with the sophistication, but you certainly don't want to watch it again.

Mike T (jp) wrote: Really moving, fun, and technically gorgeous unique film. I really like this movie, as it is really down-to-earth science fiction that is really adventurous, cool, thrilling, and seeing Mars is enough to watch over and over again. I mean, its cheesy, but for the right audience, this movie is one of the best "classics" of scifi, and really, who am I to frown upon this? It's haunting and exotic true sci-fi and a brilliant story. It has great acting by mature, old actors, and some very tense moments. It's not as good as Gravity, but it's still very good. A definite movie worth owning.

James H (jp) wrote: Reasonably decent sci-fi action movie, it's not awesome or anything, but it moved along at a nice pace, some good special effects, no bad acting (no great acting either).

Rob D (es) wrote: A beautiful film somewhat remnicent of the book Akenfield in the way it portrays the charm of life in a 'simpler' era, but this film more vividly portrays a rigorous agony of the human struggle amidst an otherwise placid pastorale.

Paul D (es) wrote: Perfectly paced spy thriller with plenty of tension throughout.

Carlos G (ru) wrote: Great piece of American history told in this greatly made historically accurate film. It's not most entertaining but truthful, but intriguing.

Carlos M (jp) wrote: A generic, derivative and stupid Psycho rip-off that doesn't mind insulting the viewer's intelligence all the way through, with a ridiculous twist that makes no sense and only makes it more than evident that no one involved gave a crap about it.
