Richard T (kr) wrote: Simply amazing footage and information about the oil companies BP and ExxonMobil in particular. Very disturbing what has taken place in the Gulf of Mexico/Louisiana oil spill. Highly recommend checking this film out!

xniquet L (ag) wrote: What makes a great B grade horror flick are the nude and sex scenes but this flick has Nada of it. Lauren Holly is the thing of the past, the only nice to look at it Marcelle Baer who looks just like a younger version of Kat Von D without all those shit on her skin.

Lee M (br) wrote: There's a crazy-dirty energy to White Lightnin' that's rarely seen in films, a raw beauty and awfulness that's both scary and exciting.

Kandyce M (kr) wrote: So hilariously bad I peed myself laughing. If you have a kind of stupid sense of humor and like children's cartoons even though you are a grown man or woman (that kind of sense of humor), you may perhaps enjoy this terrible, awesome movie. But if you're looking for a genuinely enthralling alien flick, maybe go rent Avatar or something.

Chris D (it) wrote: It's not often that 5 minutes after viewing a film I had to skim through its plot overview on Rotten Tomatoes to understand what I just watched.

Alex W (gb) wrote: If you can get past Brendan Fraser being a hunk and a an average actor you will find a lot of enjoyment in this film. Ian McKellen really carrys this interesting story about an old directors difficult life haunting him against his will in his final days. Its also a nice slice of old Hollywood history. You go back and forth between disliking James whale for his selfish manipulation and feeling sorry for him due to his fading mental health.
