There was one thing I liked a lot though. The klutz humor that Ben brought to the table. Without that this would be one of my least favorite movies, which I would hate to say for any work of Hitch. This is defiantly the worse film I've seen of his but he was still a young director who had time to learn, and he certainly did.

(mx) wrote: I thought this was an amazing, heartfelt, beautiful movie. The cast was great, and, although the movie was sad, it had a great meaning to it. I then checked RottenTomatoes, expecting to see an astonishing score. I then see a heartbreaking critic score of 10% and a better but still horrible 43% audience rating. I realize that everyone is entitled to their opinion (and this is mine), but this movie DESERVES at least a 70% critic score and the same from the audience. Many people of all different talents come together to make an amazing, meaningful movie, then the RottenTomatoes community comes over and bashes it to pieces. I just think that, if this movie got such a low rating, you all can't handle emotion. This concludes my opinion on The Sea Of Trees. Thanks for (hopefully) reading and taking my opinion to consideration.-Rief
