Leon B (gb) wrote: Review:This is a brilliant documentary which gives you a deep insight into the world of drugs. The title makes you think that it's going to be an A-Z of becoming a drug lord, but basically it shows you the different sides of selling and taking narcotics and how the government isn't really helping the situation. I learnt a lot from this film. It really does show that things really aren't black and white. When you see the amount of money that the government are getting in there budgets to fight drug crime to what they are actually doing against the war on drugs, there is definitely something wrong. The Eminem and 50 Cent bonus interview was touching and some of the ex-drug king pins really do show that it really doesn't pay to get into that world. Anyway, it's a great documentary that is definitely worth a watch. Round-Up:The other great thing about this documentary is that it shows that there are many addictions that are legal, that cause much more problems than drug addiction. When I saw that statistics about how many people are dying from smoking, it was really scary and as a smoker, it did make me think twice. I also couldn't believe that 25% of the world prisoners are in America which really does show that they have a serious problem. Anyway, I don't want to spoil the documentary for anyone so just watch it and get back to me with your views.Budget: N/AWorldwide Gross: $40,000 (Deserved More!)I recommend this movie to people who are interested in the mind behind a drug dealer and the up and down sides of that world. 7/10

He's so jovial and funny. Well his voice can play a deep and dark role and he just flat out nailed it. Not going to lie, not going to beat around the bush. The rating takes a hit because it feels a little dragged on and redundant. For a while, you get the purpose of the film and it just keeps going on. The lesson, if a little confusing at first is well portrayed and I like how you're lead to believe one thing that ends up being another. It tugs the audience and pulls you in different directions. Moving on, do you feel sympathetic of not for our well, anti-hero if I can even call him that. Things could gave definitely been done better and much less creepy. He helps out a family he cares deeply about but he goes about it all wrong. Is he imagining the visions we see or they are just dreams. So much more could have become of our lead if he just was more social. What happened to his friends and family? The film just left me with more questions than answers. It's a brilliant film nonetheless and it should be watched, especially if you're a Robin Williams fan.

That makes this movie special. They sould have told why he was doing that kidnapping and using those women to do the dirty work and then the unique style of killing: let the lady run few miles and BOOM! Haha!

Hulk Hogan (who was hugely popular at the time of release), aliens, action and humour. It doesnt pretend to be something its not, this isnt going to win any oscars but its an entertaining family film. And for those of you who are still connected with your inner child so to speak (like me), I dare you not to chuckle at a few scenes.

Rishi Kapoor is definitely a lover not a fighter (fight sequences are almost laughable). This movie was the inspiration for Farah Khan's 2007 film "OM SHANTI OM" starring Shah Rukh Khan. Especially love to see the full version of the song Om Shanti Om (which is used as the opening song in SRK'S OSO).

And like with any film that you have not seen in that period of time, your perceptions can be completely different when you sit through it all over again. Thankfully for me, that was not the case with Beetlejuice. The story was still as delightfully irreverant as it was initially, and the performances of the ensemble cast is still wonderful. Alec Baldwin and Geena Davis are both so naively young and witless, Winona Ryder easy to believe as the dark and lifeless daughter, Catherine O'Hara and Jeffrey Jones suprbly over the top in their roles, while Michael Keaton once again cements his brilliance in any role with this crazy and jovial character. Really, you want him to win, don't you? The kids probably didn't follow it all through the story, but they had fun, and that was the main thing.
Andrew O (es) wrote: By the end of the film, it's hard to decide what's more impressive: the extremely inventive and effective low-budget production, or how Smith so cleverly adds scenes together that seem merely an excuse for his vulgar but brilliant dialogue to make a moving and important theme of focus.
