La bohème torrent reviews

Jos L (kr) wrote: Very gentle comedy. A great film by John Turturro. It's funny because here we see a very sober Turturro and an hyperactive Woody Allen. Indeed, great soundtrack.

Rob A (ru) wrote: The movie is horrible!! However, Jennifer Connelly's scene with her in the white tank top is hotter than any actress in any other movie!!!!

Sue B (ca) wrote: excellent movie, bit different to the book. but still good to watch true storys are the best movies

Kevin R (gb) wrote: No one on this Earth is going to be as right for you as I wasRam Bowen and Eddie Cook are American musicians in Paris, France. They love their simple life of playing music and banging chicks. One day they encounter two American girls and they fall in love. The girls want Ram and Eddie to settle down, return to America, and have a family. Can Eddie and Ram change their lifestyle that much for love?"I like to walk, and I like the way you walk, and Paris is a beautiful city to walk in."Martin Ritt, director of Hud, The Spy Who Came in From the Cold, Norma Rae, Hombre, Nuts, Stanley & Iris, The Outrage, and No Down Payment, delivers Paris Blues. The storyline for this picture is very interesting. I adored the unpredictable nature of the characters and the ultimate outcome was definitely unique. The acting was awesome and the cast includes Paul Newman, Sidney Poitier, Diahann Carroll, Joanne Woodward, and Louis Armstrong."You like the life you live it!"I am a huge Paul Newman fan so I decided to DVR this picture off Turner Classic Movies (TCM). I was surprised this film has historically received such poor reviews. This actually reminded me a little of Bar Fly. This is an underrated Paul Newman film as he delivers an amazing performance that is definitely a must see. I strongly recommend seeing this picture."Call the game on account of complications."Grade: B+/A- (8.5)

Ashley W (fr) wrote: Dave never fails with originality and charm. A movie that fairly achieves a happy ending.

Des S (de) wrote: This movie felt a little long, but overall it wasn't too bad. Sometimes it felt boring, but I did like Liz's character and to watch her journey. I thought it had a good ending too.

Maxwell W (mx) wrote: Well done sci-fi. Not mind-blowing or a totally new concept but enjoyable nonetheless.

Frances H (de) wrote: Pleasant romcom with swinging songs. Grant played his usually breezy self, Drew Barrymore plays her usual innocent, breezy, and naive, vulnerable self with a great deal of charm. Pleasant enjoyable flick.

Red L (de) wrote: I was impressed with James Spader's role. He seems both withdrawn and 'broken' and yet sure of himself enough to convince his female friends to confess their secrets about sex. I enjoyed the film ending as well.
