Jennifer H (mx) wrote: An action packed and emotionally explosive joy ride that pays homage to its creator, "Star Trek Into Darkness" is smart, witty, and lovely chaotic. "Into Darkness" is a film that encapsulates today's culture. A must see film! Abrams does it again!

Mikey B (kr) wrote: Its hard to explain, but its a great movie, he's basically an anti-hero and you can learn from that, but then again its not for everybody.

Lorene M (fr) wrote: This is a sweet, thoughtful family film. That may not be popular for a lot of people, but the truth is, we need films like this today. We need more films that teach love and fewer that create divisiveness, more films filled with respect and fewer films filled with bloodshed. Whether you agree with their faith or not, there is much to admire about any young man who gives up two years of his life to travel halfway around the world to do nothing more than serve others, and much to enjoy in a movie about the growth and learning that comes from that. It's a shame people can't appreciate human kindness and sincere goodness in a movie. As for me and my house, we will choose the Other Side of Heaven!

Charles P (nl) wrote: End of Days is violent, badly-acted extravaganza of mechanical action sequences with a plot that falls apart once you start applying sense to it.

Elaine W (ag) wrote: Richard Harris is fantastic. This is definitely worth watching.A sad tale, but true stories often are. Have the tissues ready !!

Allan C (au) wrote: The last Hellraiser film that Clive Barker had any official involvement with, although he reportedly only contributed some story ideas which were largely ignored and did not make it into the film. This was really the beginning of the end of the Hellraiser franchise. It bears little similarities to the prior films, both in content and quality, and comes off as a cheap cash grab rather than trying to expand the Hellraiser mythos. The first two films also had a kind of visual elegance to the graphic violence, but this film is merely gory. Besides that, I think my main complaint is that Pinhead looked ridiculous in brightly lit scenes, taking away most of his scary mystique. Disappointing all around and just about as bad as I remembered it.

Yoru H (jp) wrote: Every time I watch this movie it makes me smile. The comedy with horror and witty banter always brings me back for more.

Augustine H (ag) wrote: You can't expect something profound from Tinto Brass, though I am still shocked by Helmut Berger's nudity.

David S (fr) wrote: Silent film that uses non-standard editing (especially for its time) to evoke a state of melancholy and dread through most of its events, from its violent bookends to the center passage where a young woman is seduced by a cad.

Kandis A (nl) wrote: It was a cool movie. I would watch it again.....

Jessica P (ag) wrote: Super decent Giallo. Speaking generally in comparison to any movie, it had a really chiling plotline, well at least for me it really skeezed me out. Great score too, fyi.
