Sarah (jp) wrote: I really wanted to enjoy this film. Perhaps a portion of why I didnt was because I was tired and therefore didnt completely comprehend some of the intricate details of the storyline. But as a whole, I just found this somewhat boring. The acting was great, cinematically it was also very impressive (I remember there were even specific moments where I noticed specific camera angles or such and was impressed - and i dont usually do that). So perhaps "technically" this movie was amazing, but for me personally on entertainment value - it just didnt do it for me. I did rather enjoy the ending though. The last 15 minutes or so were awesome, but most of the scenes till then just....werent. What did this movie teach me? Always carry a gun.
Roy C (jp) wrote: The acting in the first one was better, but the sequel is livelier and more fun with incidents like Mr. Wilson's accident at the pool and the cotton candy explosion. Frank Sinatra's 'You Make Me Feel So Young' fits well with the nuttiness.

Jason C (de) wrote: I couldn't remember what happened in the first film other than saying to the kids as the opening scene of this unfolded, it's a bit like Indiana Jones and Tomb Raider. That about sums it up and this is passable, if overly long, family fare.
