I have to give them credit for the soundtrack (as it pulls up some 80's gems that aren't played out) and the protagonist's love of hip hop makes Radical Miracle (as he's come to be known) kind of a cool little dude. Not sure what Susan Sarandon is doing in this movie but apparently she'll appear in anything these days.

Basically Danes is discovered doing an underground play, and then in a string of events the King allows women into plays, but also bans any men from taking female roles any longer. So it's the story of Crudup being this guy that has trained himself to act like a female, losing his whole line of work and then having to come back and help Danes be able to act; as she finds that her success was more for her being the first female playing a female, than her bad acting. The film can take some getting used to, but the final half works very well. That final scene both us as viewers, and the audience watching the play, are meant to not be able to tell if they are just acting or the fighting is real. It seemed quite real to me.Cast is good all around, and for those that care, I believe this is the first time I have ever seen the lovely Danes show some skin. But I also know this is the movie that finally turned me off to Danes as a person, as her and Crudup started having an affair and he left his very preganant wife...and she then cheated on Crudup for her current husband. None of this has anything to do with the film, but I hate cheaters, so these two actors are not two I enjoy watching. So maybe they were a lot better than I thought is what I am saying. :)

Returning from the Crusades and war in France, Robin finds the sheriff up to his same old tricks in Nottingham. Descent story, good acting but it does kind of lay there at times. This is Hepburn's first time on screen after a break to raise her family so it good to see her return to the big screen. The highlight for me was Richard Harris as Richard the Lionheart, great cameo.

The movie stars Christopher Lambert and Ice-T. After that you really don't know the cast. The basic plot is a group of criminals and killers are invited to a prison. The last three survivors will split the cash prize. The movie is full of action, gun fights and cheesy lines. Plus you can tell the budget was not that big from the filming. But some how I still enjoyed it. Maybe I always liked Christopher Lambert movies. Or maybe it was just mindless fun that entertained me for a bit with out giving me a headache. If you like action movies or are a Christopher Lambert fan then I would suggest watching this movie.
