This movie really nurtures the imagination while at the same time offering an incredible amount of epic battles that will satisfy most movie fans. I love this movie.

Henry Fonda is made up to look like Abe but his voice seems wrong. And, more or less, he can do no wrong. Still, as the lawyer who craftily tricks the real murderer into breaking down and admitting his guilt on the witness stand, this shows that Fonda could have played Perry Mason -- or that Raymond Burr should have run for President. The film is well-crafted and enjoyable.
