Amber O (mx) wrote: Cute, funny, but so low budget. I liked the writing too.

Gordon B (ca) wrote: I like it when a horror film mines unique source material and creates something original, in this case original is a man trapped in a village filled with evil fish-people

Michael S (jp) wrote: Erotic and visually stunning.

Andreas B (au) wrote: Jason Blade is tarined in the art of killing as well as correct behaviour. Thats nice. Just because you kill a guy doesnt meen you have to be rude.great c-movie fromAustralia and stazak is a pretty good action-hero. Bad-ASS

Shawn W (es) wrote: The first Sidaris film in what became the L.E.T.H.A.L. Ladies series. A private eye investigates high tech computers being sold to the Soviets. Donna Speir was missing but I thought Darby Hinton resembled Matt Houston enough to add credibility.

Alan L (it) wrote: Rarely seen, this is one of Hammer's best films. Vampire Circus is erotic, gory, stylish and suspenseful. Much better than the last few Dracula films or the likes of 'Captain Kronos, Vampire Hunter'. Technical support was provided by Billy Smart's Circus and animal handling by Mary Chipperfield. And of course, David Prowse plays the 'Strongman'.

Paul C (es) wrote: Unfortunately the culprit is given away early by the cast's billing, but it's still a joy to watch Rutherford and Morley do their thing. For me, Margaret Rutherford is an a kind of anti-Miss Marple and she is all the more better for that - bringing a knowing humour, where other interpretations are more dour.

Andrew M (it) wrote: Is Diary of a Wimpy Kid the most resonating coming-of-age movie out there? No. Is it going to subvert the genre for years to come? No. What it is, however, is harmless family entertainment. That's all it's trying to be, and it's not all that bad. It has its fair share of clichs and predictable plot points, and the plot is little more than a series of vignettes with a very basic storyline holding them together, the film has a nice sense of heart that's almost too charming to hate. Much of that charm comes from the chemistry between the two leads, played by Zachary Gordon and Robert Capron. Their relationship has the standard ups-and-downs of your typical film of this type, but they completely sell their characters and make for surprisingly likeable leads. It's not Oscar winning acting, obviously, but it gets the job done. Don't expect too much from this one, and you might just get some mild enjoyment out of it.

Minh M (nl) wrote: Is this film suppose to be funny, is it making fun of the old gum shoe detective movies of the forties or is it serious? Liked Don Cheadle as Mouse, in fact he could be the best part of the movie. I want to like Jennifer Beals, but she always seems to be sleep walking through her roles.
