Christopher B (it) wrote: I really liked this and was surprised at how entertaining and well done it was.

Mustafa A (de) wrote: True, this movie doesn't have too much of a plot, but I liked it because I'm a huge fan of the Grand Theft Auto video game series, and you can definitely see where they got some ideas from this movie. The action sequences were actually very good, considering the fact that they weren't computer generated, as is the case in almost every movie these days. Overall, a good movie for car guys.

Donovan G (jp) wrote: If taken as a serious cinematic effort, the movie would be a clear failure. But all that is gold does not glitter, and Bunraku shows us what can be done with a few simple characters and the timeless plot of "good guys versus bad guys."Bunraku is a movie which does exactly what it sets out to do: show the audience a good time.Spaghetti western meets sci-fi dystopia meets kung fu epic with a simple plot and some decent action sequences. Many comment on the very visually striking art. It would be hard not to. The sets are very unique, giving the movie a unique flavor. And as previously mentioned, it does exactly what it set out to do. Guy Moshe made a movie with visually striking effects and an interesting premise. That the acting isn't inspiring and the plot is thin seems to add to the effect. It's a fun movie that's worth the time.

Steve C (ru) wrote: Interesting to take a trip back into this movie. It is only 20 years old yet compared to today the pollution in the air is nothing much really. It seems Safe back then compared to Climate Change and the predictions on that, this is all quaint. Of course the old time pollution lead to the Climate Change or some such. Anyway, it might be interesting to see a reboot of the idea where the woman is totally helpless being told that the world is about to end. This is like Tati Noir. It has set ups that include the whole room and not that much cutting in as the scene evolves.

Nathan H (ru) wrote: Although some can find the robot "Johnny 5" annoying, I find him enjoyable. The problem is that the humor in this movie does not hold up and most of the jokes fall pretty flat.

Robert W (ca) wrote: A collection of random scenes that seem like they might be going somewhere, but never do. Bad, but hilariously so.

Emily S (fr) wrote: interesting movie. i'm not really sure how to describe it, it was alright, but not amazing. funny that it's in black and white, so technically the actress' eyes wouldn't have to really be green...

Omar Q (au) wrote: Not as good as the first but it was not bad.

Ian B (jp) wrote: This has to be one of Troma's greatest "pick-ups" in the horror genre. It has everything needed in the slasher genre that keeps slasher fans happy. Funny gruesome deaths, titties and a mystery ending.
