Sliders did it, Star Trek did it, Nirvana (the movie not the band) did it. It's a lot like The Matrix, only people choose to be in it.People are tired of their useless worthless lives so they spend their entertainment in fake worlds where they can be whoever they want. It's pretty cheesy. The acting is not 'A' quality. The effects are top notch 80s (even though this movie was made in the 90s). Actually this suprises me the most. When I watched it I thought it was a pretty good cheesy 80s sci-fi, to find it was made in the 90s (a few years before the Matrix was made) I thought the effects could have been better. But whatever, it's a low budget indie-ish sci-fi flickBut it was pretty damn entertaining despite the lack of quality. Bruce Cambell's in it (which makes the movie better). The crazy costumes are cool (the mutant creatures made armor out of whatever they could find which means some of them tied hub caps to their chest). It's also made by Fangora so there's gonna be some crazy gore. The ending blew pretty hard core, though. If it had a better ending this would have been pretty great.*Spoiler*oh, look, it's just a dream. LAME!-cyber-punk
