Blake B (jp) wrote: I don't know why this film has such terrible ratings. Hell, monsters, a psychotic clown, and Marilyn Manson. I thought this movie was really cool as a kid, but now it's pretty mediocre. A lot of the acting could be better, and there are burning questions I have about the plot. Overall though, I still find it a refreshing peek into the late nineties. It was worth watching again.

Ben L (ru) wrote: What I found most admirable about Cutie and the Boxer was the way in which it balanced its subjects. Yes, at its core, the film is about art and the main characters' love for it, but by the time you reach the credits you realize that the film is actually about this couple's beautiful relationship that seems to express itself through the art they create. Sometimes they yell, sometimes one criticize the other's work, but at the end of the day their love conquers all. It's a kind of beautiful documentary.

Huw G (kr) wrote: Predictable and uneven - intelligent and funny one minute, a bit clumsy and falling flat the next, though not overly cringeworthy. On balance it's above average fun, just not brilliant, as it could have been if more consistent.

Netanya S (jp) wrote: Awful, awful film. The shining lights are the cameos of which there are few and not enough time devoted to. This was a draining, depressing, stressful and boring film. I'll never get that time back.

David M (ag) wrote: Standing for Retired Extremely Dangerous, RED takes as it's premise a disparate group of ex-spies, who are suddenly (and inexplicably) tagged for assassination.Of course, these are no ordinary spies: we're talking here of the likes of Willis, Freeman, Malkovich and Mirren, so you can guess what is going to happen: the fun comes not so much from guessing what, but from how it is going to unravel. Reminded me somewhat of a mix between "Salt" (the spy game) and "The Expendables" (all the old actors getting together again): enjoyable enough diversion for a few hours that I may well watch again when it comes on TV, but wouldn't be rushing out to see it again or to buy the DVD.

Matthew S (ru) wrote: Another one of my favorite movies. Best to just pretend you're back in the cinema, turn out the lights, turn up the volume and just let this experimental film about identity wash over you. If you are not someone who appreciates David Lynch, experimental art or are afraid of the dark -- do not even attempt to watch it. Brilliant motion picture experience all filmed with cheap video cameras.

Tiia M (mx) wrote: Jeremy Davies is absolutely brilliant in this film - otherwise Im not really sure what to think.. not a bad film after all

Pichi P (nl) wrote: In this movie, Will (Matt Damon) is the rebellious genius bad boy with anger issues who is forced to attend to sessions of his psychologist (Robin Williams), so that hopefully Will's amazing mathematical talents can flourish.
