Hector C (fr) wrote: Shitty beginning and predictable, conflicts with the original in a few aspects but does a good job of wrapping up the series.

Joel M (us) wrote: 1/10: Punished myself for watching this crappy revenge crime-thriller wannabe. It tries to imitate its Korean counterparts but failed miserably.

James D (ca) wrote: Actually for a movie I had never heard of, and rented strictly for Sam Rockwell, I was pleasantly ok with this film. It definitely wasn't the most exciting movie, but the story was enough to keep me from turning it off, and the acting was good. You don't even get the best performance from Rockwell, I'd say the best goes to Jeffrey Wright as his friend "Simon," a complete drunk with a secret to hide. It's worth a rent in my opinion, but not one I will buy. 3/5 JD

Segundo V (gb) wrote: Ah yeah, I remember seeing the trailer back in 2008 and wanting to see it. 8 years later, through the magic that is the internet, I finally got my wish. And I gotta say, for a film collaboration between one of the best film industries in the world (Disney) and one of the worst (Happy Masion), it's... nice. I mean, it loses some points for Skeeter being kind of an assh- oh wait, this is a Disney movie, I mean, jerk in the beginning, Rob Schneider making three cameos, it being hardly the greatest movie ever and throwing all logic out the window in the climax (then again, this IS a Disney movie, so that goes without saying), but as far as children movies go, it's not bad. it does its job fine and kids will be entertained by it, and maybe some adults will get a chuckle or two out of it (I know I did). Besides, considering the main actor and his company's record, it could've been worse.

Jay B (mx) wrote: Grim, goofy and often charming. Death At A Funeral walks the line between white and blue-collar comedy pretty well. There were some very flat characters though and some of them just kind of blur together. Overall, fun enough to see a time or two.

Krishna S (au) wrote: Story has one basic point, that is pleasure is the only thing that is good for a person. How you find it, achive it or explore it is inmaterial. In this movie we see it through a relationship between a mother and son. Isabelle Huppert is great as ever.

Ollie W (us) wrote: I'm not sure why this is viewed so negatively in comparison to the first film. I think it's easily better (not that the first is bad by any means).

Tyler T (ag) wrote: Citizen Ruth is a comedy not about the topic of abortion, but about opposing fanatics of a political issue who seem to be no better than the other making a glue-huffing homeless woman as despicable as Ruth Stoop look like the sane one. Very clever. Very funny.

Mike B (es) wrote: DEVIL'S DUE is one of those shaky, malfunctioning cam, random scenes put together to kind of make a movie, things. It was far more silly than scary. The shaky camera could make you nauseous like BLAIR WITCH, which it heavily copies. Also heavily rips off CHRONICLE in both content and style. Finally, of course, it massively rips off THE OMEN and ROSEMARY'S BABY. With all that as a given, it was mildly entertaining in the background.

Jayakrishnan R (mx) wrote: 82%Saw this on 23/7/15I must admit that I do not enjoy the films of Chaplin like the way I used to when I saw them as a kid, however, Modern Times is a socially relevant film from Chaplin that does not have a background score as good as his other films. Nevertheless, Modern Times benefits from the acting skills of Chaplin and Paultette Goddard and also from Mr Chaplin's extreme comic timing. That song he sings in the end is mind blowing and watching that alone would help you understand why he is been considered a legend.

Charles B (br) wrote: It sucked big time. I like Willie Nelson, but he was openly 'pandering' to race issues, such as the mistreatment of Native Americans, which does not fit with the Sentiment of the late 19th Century. Get your liberal agendas in here.
