(gb) wrote: Who knew poo could be so touching? This story completely changes your way of looking at things so little and so inferior like... like dog poo! The story shows the loneliness of the little crap by his conversations with the passing environment. It's depressing knowing that if poos had feelings.... this is it. Feeling rejected by all of earth, until acceptance by only few. Ha, listen to me. Talking about poos with feelings? Well, watch this movie and you'll understand. I'm gonna go ahead and say it, this was the most depressing movie I've seen. Especially his encounter with the chicken. The chicken comes along the road, and looks at the poo. The poo asks why she is looking at him/her (I don't know what it was) that way. She then says that she was checking if he would be a good meal for her children in a very rude way, but even then rejects him. How would it feel if you were rejected, even as a meal? I don't see why anyone wouldn't like this movie, it shows the true brutality of the world where no one sees it. 100%

(gb) wrote: -IGNORE THIS "OUT OF FIVE" RATING3/4Admittedly simple but intelligent story of an old gambling virtuoso teaching a much younger man tricks to get rich in casinos. His reasons of doing so are one of the movie's several twists. Directing debut of Paul Thomas Anderson is an impressive start for a great director. And like all his movies, it's the characters not the story that makes his movies special.

(it) wrote: It was an ok movie. The beginning was really confusing and I got bored easily because of the mediocre acting, but Aubrey Plaza quickly changed that. Aubrey Plaza was a realistic zombie (surprisingly.) Anna Kendrick was in this movie, which was a surprise to me, but she had the role of a goofy girl with very few weird lines. The romantic scenes between Aubrey and Dane were kind of awkward and forced looking, but I have to say that Aubrey did turn the movie from a 1 to a 3.

There was no big thing made out of discovering the potion and the transformation that took place . On another note, I feel if you are going to introduce a theory to a film that Mr Hyde could also be Jack the Ripper, then I feel much more should have been shown in the murders to indicate this.
