Nathaniel M (ag) wrote: Did not really add up in the end given it was trying to be "true to life." Some very obvious signs of being a low budget, straight to DVD, independent film. Odd editing choices, hammy acting, and out of place music scoring. I enjoyed elements of the romance.

Catherine D (ru) wrote: This movie was boring, probably because it depicted a boring life. What's so interesting about a famous musician who's addicted to drugs, can't show up on time for concerts, has a marriage falling apart, gets AIDS, then dies? Sounds likes every other musician out there in the 1970s. Marc Anthony can't act, but I give him credit for trying. J. Lo looked really good in this movie, and I think of all the things she can do, it's acting.

Jessica H (es) wrote: Not as interesting, if you don't know the back story to the film, but still interesting.

Sunil J (ag) wrote: A really good exciting movie with excellent acting and directing.

Tommy K (gb) wrote: Just because this movie has no story doesn't mean it sucks. The animation mixed with several different classical pieces works so beautifully and brilliantly that it ultimately makes the film one of Disney's absolute greatest accomplishments.

Yany B (es) wrote: A beautiful story that one can easily identify with. Being a Nicholas Sparks fan is easy to fall in love with each and every one of his novels and films and this one is not an exception. Very good chemistry between the main characters.
