Justin J (br) wrote: C+Better than the first just because theres way more blood. The acting is a little worse than the first movie, but thats just because most of the cast is a no-name cast. The effects are pretty good to. It's actually the kind of direct to video sequel that's watchable!

Leon B (ru) wrote: Review:It's been such a long time since I have seen a movie which is full of huge pixels. For a film that was made in the late 90's, I really can't see why the camera work so so terrible, and the movie wasn't that much better. The acting was appalling from the Red Indians and the weird looking blonde guy and the storyline was all over the place. The music sounded like it was done on one of those old, small casino organs but some of the fighting scenes weren't that bad. I'm glad that I didn't have to read subtitles through the movie because the script was really bad and the dubbing wasn't much better. On the whole, it's not a movie that I will be watching again in a hurry. Terrible!Round-Up:This has to be one of the worst martial arts movies that I have seen in some time. The sad thing is that Jet Li actually isn't that bad in it. I do wonder how people can watch the screening of a movie and think that it's OK to release utter rubbish. I also can't see were all of the budget went. Anyway, I will just put this down as a bad day at the office for Jet Li.Budget: $12millionWorldwide Gross: HK$30millionI recommend this movie to people who are into their Jet Li movies about a group of natives, trying to make a new life for themselves in the Wild West. 1/10

Stephen M (fr) wrote: A decent little British thriller with some interesting credits. It was directed by Robert Fuest, who went on to make the Dr Phibes movies, starring Vincent Price; it was scripted by Brian Clemens, chief writer on The Avengers; and the two girls are played by, respectively, Pamela Franklin, who was the little girl, Flora, in The Innocents, and Michele Dotrice, most famously Betty Spencer, long-suffering wife of Michael Crawford's accident prone Frank in the BBC sitcom Some Mothers Do 'Ave 'Em. Though the script tries far too hard to make a suspect of Sandor Els (which, as we know, can mean only one thing) and Franklin's character acts like an idiot throughout, the movie is technically very proficient and contains some excellent suspense. Unfortunately, instead of cutting straight to the credits and compensating for the Big Twist's obviousness by leaving us to mull over its devastatingly bleak ramifications, the movie outstays its welcome by a couple of minutes and gives way to gratuitous unpleasantness and, horror of horrors, a happy ending of sorts.
