Roman D (it) wrote: The movie isn't so bad and Nadia Bjorlin is a beautiful addition to the cast but plot-vise I would expect the movie name to represent the movie were the actual "divorce invitation" state of the plot is only at the last 30 minutes and by being so it doesn't developed as expected - would be a lot funnier to see Mike actually get the response from people then wasting at least a hour on them falling in love.

Amy H (us) wrote: Plenty of gore. But typical Japanese horror where the plot is a bit weird.

Laura F (kr) wrote: Extremely funny story about 3 young girls who blackmail a handsome man into having sex with them. The movie was funny and sweet. And it was really nice to see David in a different role.. he wasn't exactly dark and brooding :) in this one. I have to say that I saw the movie because of David. I was curious how he would be in a romantic comedy. He did a really good job!! This isn't the best movie I've ever seen, but it is definitely a cute romantic comedy worth seeing.

Angela C (ca) wrote: very very good. ;) It had me laughing, sad, on the edge of my seat. I loved the characters.

Teresa S (jp) wrote: (2001) Glad I got to see this one this weekend [Memorial Day Weekend]! Whew! A bit more stark than I had anticipated but stellar performances by a great cast made this a great viewing. After the moving showing (on TV21 tbn) there was a brief storylette about the actual "Captain Gordon" & Nagasake the Oxford educated Japanese translator @ the prison camp.

bill s (it) wrote: It rips off a classic but it's funny and well meaning enough to warrant a watch.

Noname (kr) wrote: This is much the same as gremlins but not as good. Saw it more in the 80s.

Lee (de) wrote: This is one bad film, so bad it makes you stay the distance just to see how ludicrous it gets! But like with so many of these cheesy Italian Zombie-fests they are fun and amusing and GORY - and this one is no different. An eventful ride right up until the eye-popping finale.

Jess L (jp) wrote: One of the greatest pairings in Hollywood shine in this 1957 romantic comedy. With issues that are still relevant today; technological advances taking the jobs of humans, the real story is the developing relationship between the two protagonists, one who is about to lose their job because of the other. Hepburn and Tracy really do have an amazing chemistry on screen and mixed with the witty and sharp dialogue, or more so banter between the two this is a remarkable film that is so enjoyable to watch.

Scott C (jp) wrote: I found it fairly boring, but it did have a great look.

Brandon S (nl) wrote: how this movie was disliked so much i have no idea!!! Worst movie of the year? Did you even watch all of the movies that happened that year, can you say ignorant. I mean by all means not one of my favorite movies but did not deserve its low rating.

Kevin M (es) wrote: One of the best Hawke performances in years.

Anna M (es) wrote: They couldn't have picked a better cast. To be honest, if they included every single stupid deleted scene I would have just liked it even more. I've seen terrible movies. This is not one of them, but just caters to a specific sense of humor that I happen to have. As far as being left out of an "inside joke amongst friends," I didn't get that feeling. I consider myself part of the Hot Rod family. Maybe it reminds me of people that I know in real life, and in that there is more of a meaningful truth to it than most would get out of it. Maybe it is because I, too, enjoy making little animals and figurines out of Sculpey clay as a grown adult. I thought every actor did a wonderful job of creating distinct and memorable characters.
