Ashley H (jp) wrote: Liberal Arts is a decent film. It is about Jesse who falls in love with Zibby, a college student. Josh Radnor and Elizabeth Olsen give good performances. The screenplay is a little slow in places. Josh Radnor also did an alright job directing this movie. I liked this motion picture because of the humor.
Jon T (ca) wrote: It has an innocent sort of melodrama about it and it's somehow light, despite being about death. It's also a little nonsensical.
RayNormanBateman (ag) wrote: A cracking documentary about the restless investigation that cost around 50 million dollars with no results. it's a shocking and thought provoking film that makes you wonder why we as human beings act in such way.The most shocking thing to me is how much corruption the US government has shown through the years yet the people of America still stand behind, how has there been no revolution or an uprise within it's people yet is beyond me. They talk about communism but I have seen, read and heard far worse than any communist country have done. The only cons is that the way the documentary was done was slightly boring and at some parts confusing but the truth makes up for that.
Simon D (ca) wrote: Daniel Craig and Rhys Ifans both often blow hot and cold with their performances. This film, however, was made for actors who sometime come across as awkward like these two. It's a bizarre story which revolves around a big opening scene which is both crucial and irrelevant to the story. I know that's oxymorinic but you'll know what I mean by the end of the film. Another British gem.

It was made in 1970 and relaleased not sooner than 20 years later. Jirinka Bohdalova deserves 6 stars, she is brilliant. Radek Brzobohat starring as her husband is also excellent. I cannot give 5 stars because there is nothing to laugh while watching the film... but it is not possible to fall asleep.
K G (mx) wrote: so, i haven't seen all of the "Road To" movies, but of the ones that I have seen, this one is undeniably my favorite. the jokes are better then ever and the quick wordplay between Hope and Crosby is at its strongest here. there are so many memorable scenes in"The Road to Bali" that i'm not sure which is my favorite. as for the movie being in color, it was kind of interesting. i did notice that they incorporated some techniques used in black and white movies, though (the shiny ring, in particular). i guess i'm just biased and prefer the old black and whites. anyways, great movie. very funny.
Carl M (nl) wrote: Craig Moss may be the single most untalented writer and director that ever lived, as evidenced by 30 NIGHTS OF PARANORMAL ACTIVITY WITH THE DEVIL INSIDE THE GIRL WITH THE DRAGON TATTOO, the latest in low-brow Horror spoofs that is a disgrace to the art of filmmaking. Moss takes on everything from the "found-footage" genre to Storage Wars and other lame pop culture references, posing only the most basic and expected humor to an increasingly irritated audience. When the idiotic attempts at parody fail, Moss falls back on what he knows best: crude sex and fart jokes. Moss selfishly allows the awful cast to make complete fools of themselves on screen, ensuring their availability for his next project (should anyone allow him to work again). 30 NIGHTS OF PARANORMAL ACTIVITY WITH THE DEVIL INSIDE THE GIRL WITH THE DRAGON TATTOO should serve as an embarrassment to all parties involved in its creation, but especially to French Stewart, Peter Gilroy, and Tyler Phillips, who are most likely to face public ridicule for their performances. Without needing to see another film, 30 NIGHTS OF PARANORMAL ACTIVITY WITH THE DEVIL INSIDE THE GIRL WITH THE DRAGON TATTOO should be voted "Worst in 2013."
Bearded M (ca) wrote: A government agent with a gambling problem is locked in a box in the trunk of a car, terrorists want to know the location of a secret base where the president will be and are going to keep him boxed up till they get it. It's kinda a action movie in a car trunk, if that makes any sense. Stephen Dorff is good for what he has to work with, and it has a few OK moments, but the twist ending seemed dumb and clunky, which just made the whole thing leave a bad taste in my mouth, cinematicly speaking.2 Beards Out Of 5

Steve M (nl) wrote: If you are old enough to remember seeing the TV anime Saturday mornings you will probably get an idea of the whole story compressed in 2 hours time. Movie-wise is a great adaptation of a classic of animation with great 21st century effects. Like most Japanese stories expect plenty of drama and self-learning scenes. If you never saw the TV anime you still get a good movie, it has aliens, space ships, drama, good dialogs oh and the end of the world too.
