Chloe (de) wrote: I believe the best monster movies are when you dont get a clear look or even a glimpse at the monster, movies like Jurassic Park can pull it off but many others can't. I enjoyed this movie, the running gags were extremely clever and very funny. This movie doesent have a lot going for it and I can see why godzilla fans were dissapointed, the storyline was not its strong point, the acting however, was. The characters are very strong and their interactions are what holds this movie together. There are some really touching moments all thoughout and for that i reccomend this movie. That and the whole digging to china thing is a classic. The acting in this movie was spot on and i very much enjoyed watching it all

Bill T (fr) wrote: Surprisingly entertaining follow up to the blob does have it's "bad movie" bits, but this movie, directed by a way-pre Dallas Larry Hagnan, has some charm and fun special effects that will win over fans of the original.

Jase N (ag) wrote: (Zachary Gordon), is back for three times the fun in the latest film based on the super-popular book series! When Greg's dad (Steve Zahn) threatens to send him to military school if he dosen't stay out of trouble, Greg finds all-new ways to land himself in the doghouse! For starters, Greg's in over his head when he pretends to work at the swanky country club where Rowley's family has a membership. Things don't go much better on a father-son camping trip with the wilderness explorers, and then there's the heffley's new dog , sweetie, who fetches even more trouble for Greg in this hilarious family film!

Ben D (ca) wrote: It's mostly good, but there's a couple of things keeping me from calling it great. It does some things right, like successfully portraying an angsty teenage who isn't understood and making you care about him. That's the big thing that makes this movie good. Unfortunately it is dragged down a bit by some other things. Number one: the romance. It doesn't work, at least in my opinion. Their young and dumb, so I'm not complaining about their chemistry, which was fine, or rash decisions. I'm complaining about how this chick is just fine with hooking up with someone else maybe a day after her boyfriend died. I don't know, that just doesn't seem right to me. Number two: Plato. He was really annoying and irritating. He was fine up until the end where he completely lost it for no reason. Then he became unbearable and I for one can say I didn't care in the slightest when he died. Besides that, good movie. Definitely worth your time.
