Scott W (es) wrote: Woody Allen has been very hit or miss over the last 15 years, but this is definitely one of the good ones. It took me a while to get engaged, but once I did I was hooked. Cate Blanchett does a terrific job as Jasmine, a character you both loathe and feel sympathetic toward. The best scenes are the ones in San Francisco as she is trying to adjust to how "normal" people live. I laughed a few times, but this is more of a drama, despite the presence of normally funny people like Louis CK. Besides Midnight in Paris, this is probably my favorite Allen movie of the last 10 years.

Kyle M (it) wrote: This funny, good-hearted film has its own sense of logic that hits the sweet note like a conventionally-natured family film while it follows the structure of the original cartoon which was nicely done with updated animation. The total amount of efforts it'd made was enough to make this an average film that's plain good. (B)(Full review coming soon)
