Joel K (jp) wrote: Texas modern day outlaws story. Zellweger is nice as is Bellows in their lead roles. Jace Alexander is very villanous. Similar to Natural Born Killers. Pretty good soundtrack. Fonda is in an interesting role. Lots of violence and drugs. Decent, but very skippable.

Matthew H (ru) wrote: In The Name of the Father is a harrowing tale that shows how corrupt government officials can pin any crime on pretty much any person, but eventually will pay the price. Daniel Day-Lewis and Pete Postlethwaite's survival are the central story with many sub-plots that eventually come together to create a cohesive whole of a film.

Alexander A (br) wrote: The suspension of disbelief required towatch this movie is crazy. Give me anti-gravity and time travel over this any day. I'm christian and this movie made me made how they tried to tie patriotism to christianity. When I was in the military I met athiest that were just as patriotic. I mean no one even cares about other religions in this movie and it also teach us that its alright to break the law because christianity is above the law and we don't care about other beliefs.
