Phil S (mx) wrote: Terrific study of love, betrayal and regret from the eyes of a former Navy soldier who faces his past when an old Navy buddy calls him from his deathbed. Well-written, very understated, realistic and smartly directed, this is a must-see film.

Philip Z (ag) wrote: Watching this film is like having a nightmare. Let me explain because that almost sounds like I've got something against the film. You see, I've never seen anything by Dario Argento so I have no idea how this compares to any of his work, but I can say that learning that the director of this film was inspired by Suspiria has me intrigued enough to seek out that Dario Argento classic. What did I like about I Know Who Killed Me? I like that the structure of the film is dream-like, that you have no idea whether the characters are who they say they are or whether they are who other people say they are. You're also not sure if what has supposedly happened is what really happened or if it's just a delusion or if it will be revealed later on as a dream the character is having. I was left wondering where the film was going, and I'll admit that I was unsettled by some of the imagery and by not knowing where things were going to go. Whatever this movie was trying to be, it was working for me. I was consistently disturbed by it and confused, and at no time did I feel so in a way that suggested I was disengaged. I was never bored and I wasn't frustrated by it, and I didn't feel like it was trying too hard. I found the act of trying to understand things more entertaining than if it had been done in a more comprehensible fashion.

Graham M (jp) wrote: Trying to recapture the magic of Stir Crazy...not even close. Reminds me of "Money Train" with Woody Harrelson and Wesley Snipes. Uncalled for flick

Teresa O (ag) wrote: This is just awful. If I weren't compulsive I would have stopped watching 1/2 way through. Here's what's bad (and this is a short list): script, stilted dialogue, bad acting from every player, studio-paper-thin sets. Made me want to cringe constantly.

Maren W (gb) wrote: Not nearly as good as the Thin Man movies.

Brent T (fr) wrote: Would give this 6 out of 5 stars! Really liked and was touched by this film. Jennifer Hudson is incredible! And Jacob Latimore is a revelation. Completely blown away by this production.

Jeffrey N (ag) wrote: This should be required viewing for every American. Not only does it show the horrible way food is mass produced but also another example of just how broken our governmental system is.

Callum B (kr) wrote: " The detail is realistic and it's a decent enough genre piece." -- Similar to A Prophet (2009) and Felon (2008)

Pamela K (br) wrote: I thought this movie seemed pretty accurate. I love the part where they tell you how much the drug costs to make and how much the customers actually pay per tablet. All I can say is price gouging....and it's not uncommon.

Chase D (de) wrote: Obviously not The Exorcist, or Silence of the Lambs, by any means, but The Rite is an astoundingly performance by Anthony Hopkins, and Colin O'Donoghue. This movie is perfect for giving you chills, but staying very story-based, at the same time. You may see the ending coming from a mile away, but there is one aspect that you'll never even expect to happen. Watch it to find out, yourself.
