Michael M (ru) wrote: A surprisingly strong feature debut from College Humor, this is a simple little film that benefits from a great cast and original comedy. The jokes they go for aren't exactly under the qualifier of risqu, but they are often very much outside of the Hollywood norm of comedy, and clearly reminiscient of the type of writing you'd expect from the College Humor team. It has a very silly sense of humor enacted by a very funny cast of leads who you don't see in enough movies. It's faults, and it has some clear ones, are in the moments of writing that aren't for the sake of comedy. The story is somewhat bland in its simplicity and execution; and while the themes the movie tries to portray are certainly valid ones, it portrays them with the subtlety of a jackhammer through it's idiotic voiceover. This is no comedy classic, and no masterwork of cinema, but it's uniquely funny and has a strong and likable cast to play out its original premise.

Stacie (it) wrote: Boring, long, pretentious, repetitive, self-involved... this move felt like a bad date. Worse, the tedious art-school direction - with a heavy-handed use of the whirling shot that gets so overdone can induce vomiting - is constantly screaming to be noticed. Add the thinnest of plots and virtually no dialogue, and the film begins to feel like a four hour epic about 30 minutes in.The ONLY saving grace is the actors are all quite good. I hold the director fully responsible for what happened here.

Christina S (de) wrote: This was so awful I don't even know what to say. 95 verses of "mary mary bo bary" at the end felt like this whole movie was a social experiment designed to see what absolute torture we'd be willing to endure just because these two great actors were involved.
