Alessandro C (ca) wrote: The creature is really scary. Predictable characters and plot, but satisfying ending. The first 10 minutes in the car are really creepy.

Nicki M (us) wrote: Really good short film. This was included on the UK release of Fish Tank, so I was curious to see something else by the same person who directed that. Also pretty gritty and follows a single mum living in a housing estate with her four young kids. Similar themes of desperation, and really well acted. I only wish it was longer so I could have seen what happened after the pair got home!

Jim D (it) wrote: I haven't watched this in over 10 years. It was the last Star Trek:TNG movie. I think it didn't do will with critics and the public because by that time, with so many movies and TV shows, we were seeing Star Trek fatigue set in. But now, re-watching it again, this was one of the better Star Trek movies. It has a pretty cool story, Tom Hardy was great, the special effects were great, especially the ship to ship battle scenes, and the music was really good! Overall a really solid movie!

John A (us) wrote: Although it can't achieve it's grand ambitions, the film is smart, it has some sharp dialogue & the surrealism-on-a-shoestring visuals are undeniably striking. An underrated futuristic social satire, that is self-indulgent & thought provoking. Zardoz is a crazy mix of high camp (Sean Connery running around in a red nappy), serious speculative sci-fi & budget but visually striking effects. This may not be your usual run of the mill, everyday sci-fi/fantasy, but it is enjoyable. Although Visually dated, it's definitely worth a look.

Pathmanathan D (fr) wrote: With all the hype of it being a classic, finally watched the movie. Movie is all about heroism of macho type. May be it would have been different to have seen in 1971, but now it holds nothing special. Story, character development and logic is very average making this movie in a very average watch.Rating - 2/5
