Smashproplaya (es) wrote: I was excited to see this, and ended up liking it, but not as my all time favorite.

James O (ru) wrote: An amazing story but could have been more impactful. Not sure Firth is convincing in this role. Quite harrowing to watch but it was watchable. Kidman is impressive here with a subtle but tender performance.

Alec B (jp) wrote: Don't let the period setting and the conversational nature of the film convince you that this isn't a Cronenberg film through and through. There's always something creeping under the surface of each moment and it's taken me a couple viewings to appreciate the subtleties.

Chris P (it) wrote: Poor movie. Didnt enjoy this at all.

Hannah M (ca) wrote: People, Demetri Martins' Person DVD is just hilarious. His probably the funniest comedian I've ever seen. Him in Taking Woodstock? Genius! Him in Important Things? Amazing! Him in Person? Fantastic! Brilliant movie, very fun/entertaining to watch. 100%!!

Dan B (jp) wrote: Isabelle Huppert is predictably dazzling, but otherwise, bleh. I feel like it's the kind of movie you say you like when you want to be taken Very Seriously.

Amelia M (ca) wrote: This has been my all time favorite Bollywood film since the moment I first saw it. The film itself is beautiful and dramatic. The story is heartbreaking and inspirational. I cry for them every single time I watch it. I fell in love with Veer Pratap Singh as soon as he sat by her on the bus, I don't know what took her so long. If you are looking to watch your first Bollywood film, make it this one, you'll be hooked for life.

Dustin M (mx) wrote: A surprisingly great and underappreciated Allen film.Jason Biggs was good in this, very good. But not as great as Allen as his mentor, stealing EVERY scene he was in.8.5/10

Wiebke K (de) wrote: Good cast with some nice over the top acting, but the plot is a bit boring.

Steven I (us) wrote: Totally hilarious, brilliant plot, great acting, Martin Lawrence is class, and Dave chapelle is brilliant

Mykala E (es) wrote: Luke Perry & Ashley Judd did a great job. I love this movie. I wish more people could see it.

Sean C (mx) wrote: At first you may think it is a lame Road Warrior rip-off, only to find it is a dull retelling of Shane.

Branham N (ca) wrote: Karl Urban is good in actions but this still wasn't very good for a number of reasons.

Anne F (nl) wrote: This film was made in French, Italian and English, I watched the English version, in which Jean Gabin's lines are spoken by someone with a very un-Gabin-ish voice, which spoiled the film.

Niki L (de) wrote: My mother named me after this stupid dog!

Phil M (jp) wrote: Didn't realise how good this film would actually be. Fantastic story, great acting, funny too, just loved it. Up there with the best comic book films I've seen, although nothing comes close to The Dark Knight for me

Scott R (nl) wrote: Finally, a film that tries to tackle the big issues between religion and atheism. They do so in a practical way with Jackson saving jones from jumping in front of a train. Somehow they made it to jacksons apt where the film and their discussion about life starts. The whole thing seemed a little unbelievable, but I still enjoyed it. It was full of interesting insights into life, but sometimes they came too fast and I was stuck thinking about one before I was hit with another three, that was especially the case with jones who spoke often too quickly. Perhaps they were trying to keep it from dragging, which makes sense. I was disappointed when they had soul food but never said what it was. It did end on an great twist with disparity of life then was given the optimistic hope that comes from religion. This encompasses the dilemmas of life and how we struggle between the two.
