Movie 43

The film is composed of multiple comedy shorts presented through an overarching segment titled "The Pitch", in which Charlie Wessler, a mad screenwriter, is attempting to pitch a script to film executive Griffin Schraeder. After revealing several of the stories in his script, Wessler becomes agitated when Schraeder dismisses his outrageous ideas, and he pulls a gun on him and forces him to listen to multiple other stories before making Schraeder consult his manager, Bob Mone, to purchase the film.

Movie 43 is a series of different skits containing different scenes and scenarios: A seemingly perfect man has an unusual blemish on his neck in "The Catch"; superheroes attend a speed-dating event in "Robin's Big Speed Date"... . You can read more in Google, Youtube, Wiki

Robert B (nl) wrote: To enjoy Once Upon A Time In Anatolia, the viewer must enjoy policework, in a sense: reading people, making observations, drawing inferences. It is not a film for the passive viewer that wants to be stimulated, entertained. The work is masterful and deserves the acclaim.

Brandon S (gb) wrote: kind of felt like one of those movies you are forced to watch in middle school music class. harris showed some versitility that i appreciated, but an overall mediocre movie. not thirlling, but not agonizing

(us) wrote: This was a nice idea, and it worked out well, it's just that it was kind of simple, but nonetheless a really good idea, and it was fun to watch as well, with some good jokes and a wacky adventure it did the trick nicely.

Anita T (ag) wrote: Tragic, disturbing, stunning lead performance.

Jennifer T (au) wrote: I liked seeing Anthony M in cute! And it was an informative movie about gays at one time in Harlem and Anthony Mackie's character was very interesting. Worth watching at least once.

Samuel B (ca) wrote: This was funny! John Candy had a great last movie! They need to have more critics review these. Its way better than a 0.

Janine R (br) wrote: Not Bill Cosby's best!

Frances H (ru) wrote: A very different kind of crime drama with a quirky sense of dark humor and great performance by Alex Baldwin.

Tj S (au) wrote: Pretty good anime film! Considering i don't watch anime that much (Although it is starting to interest me, just not sure where to start) this one grabbed me from the beggining. The story was solid, the character designs were interesting and the gore very well done. The only major problem i had was some of the American voice acting was god awful! The guy who plays D sounded like a telephone operator, no emotion whatsoever.

Michael W (ag) wrote: Prequel to ZULU dominated by another monumental battle scene. As a Canadian and loyal British subject to Her Majesty the Queen, it angered me the Zulus didn't allow the Brits to at least save their flag in this battle.

Allan C (es) wrote: Pretty good little British horror film could easily be seen as corny but can is pretty effective and chilling if you get into the spirit of the film.

Ashley H (kr) wrote: Uncertain Glory is an impressive film. It is about a career criminal who is recaptured and knows he faces the guillotine, he offers to exchange his life for 100 hostages slated for execution by the Nazis. Errol Flynn and Paul Lukas give remarkable performances. The screenplay is well written. Raoul Walsh did a great job directing this movie. I enjoyed watching this motion picture because of the drama and romance. Uncertain Glory is a must see.
