This is a great film to put in with friends and joke all the way through. My favorite quote of bad horror came from this film, "So... That happened." It goes from zombies to aliens and ends with the viewer laughing their ass off! It may be hard to obtain a copy, it took me a good while to find one on the web to buy for a friend's birthday and it is not up for rent on Netflix. I watched it on Sci-Fi the first time, and it was all edited, as the DVD version was much better. Try to get your hands on the gem of bad horror!

What do a bunch of beautiful bodies, and some not so beautiful; and Jason Stratham, all have in common? No acting skills! The secret of this film lies in the cellular technology of the era. In 2004, it was new and exciting. In 2017, it's now old and dated. So, without that thrill, Cellular offers nothing outside of some equally dated, yet still effective (unlike the cells), 45 Smith & Wesson pistols. The funny thing is William H. Macy, who is intended to be goofy, is the only real standout actor in this film. The DVD offers an interesting extra-feature on the cellular technology of the time.
Christopher S (kr) wrote: Barely watchable sci-fi farce is excruciatingly slow-paced and painfully unfunny. The humor is so weak and juvenile it fails to generate even an ounce of wit, energy, or imagination, and the cheap production values aren't even original enough to be fun as camp value. Irritating and boring, avoid at all costs.
