This film is very well made, and is filled with new information that shows our government and media failed us. "Inside Job" was great, but anyone who had been following the news didn't learn anything new. "The Big Fix" shocks us with new information, and throws the curtains open wide on a play that is still being acted out by the oil industry and our government.

Barney o (br) wrote: WHAT I LIKED: First off, I suppose it's noting that this trilogy was only so good because Batman and Bruce Wayne are set up so well here, and as a result they require very little further exploration. 'Begins' not only starts that though, it also sets the course for the supreme-intelligence and grounded philosophies that make these future movies so memorable. What makes this one my favourite in the trilogy though? It's one of those Nolan films that also makes you care - when he does that, he makes films that are downright incredible.WHAT I DIDN'T LIKE: Story-wise, it's not the most well-structured movie by any stretch of the imagination. That gritty origin part dragged a bit, then once you're past all that the general plot is slightly cliched.VERDICT: I was engaged from start to finnish - 'Batman begins' starts off the franchise with excitement and an excellent origin. Because of that. it's still my favourite Batman movie of all time.

Tony T (it) wrote: best to avoid it. the acting was mostly terrible. The fighting scene is just okay, considering that fight choreography has improved significantly in the past 10+ years.

Nikola M (us) wrote: Without a single line this movie tells a really interesting story and when you add the weird way that this movie is animated you get an scary, fun and unusual animated movie that is one of the best ever made.

Ryan W (br) wrote: This film was very lazy I mean it was a complete cash grab the writing wasn't clever like in the first two and the whole who did it formula was worn thin at this point and was it just me or did every one who was in this film look bored?.......

They couldn't have picked someone better.Id Say the two best Bond actors for me are Pierce Brosnan and Sean Connery

Wut S (ca) wrote: Personally, this has little to do with the politics of Yugoslavia during Tito-Stalin breakup, but more on adult world vs. child subjectivity. I am not sure whether the dynamics of Mesha's family can be considered a commentary on Titoism or not for I've little knowledge on the matter. Nevertheless, assuming the film's supposedto blur the the adult world's "right & wrong" in a child's eyes, it wasn't brilliant enough.

Richard D (it) wrote: I have enjoyed this a lot more on previous viewings. Watching it now, it feels excessively fussy and ornate for what would probably play a lot better as a simpler, more gritty film. Also, Welles accent is just atrocious and I found it distracting. All of these same considerations probably apply to "Touch of Evil", yet I think that film is brilliant. What can I say? Sometimes the difference between a masterpiece and a routine film is ineffable. The hall of mirrors climax, which certainly influenced the climax of "Enter the Dragon", is brilliant and worth the price of admission.

Hugo G (gb) wrote: This new thriller from Catherine Hardwicke, the director of Twilight, started kind of slow and in an odd way. But as soon as all the craziness started happening, it became more entertaining and twisted. For sure the final act of the movie was the best, because it was very intense and suspenseful. And the acting was very good as always from Emily Browning, while Xavier Samuel delivered an equally great performance.
