Charlie M (au) wrote: Detective Alex Cross chases a psychopath killer in this tiring sequel to the famed character of "Kiss the Girls "and "Along Came a Spider ". This entry however offers nothing new to the series.

Mark D (ag) wrote: ok it seems that alot of people liked this. it got good reviews and all. personally i liked it apart from the fact that it felt like they just skimmed across the issue in different cultures but still obviously all were muslim just in different countries. I felt like they could have and should have gone deeper into it and done more of a day to day life thing maybe. I dono. I just feel like it was missing something that it should of had

Frank P (es) wrote: I like this film. Interesting how much of himself Jeff Daniels has invested in this work. What's it about? "We have nothing to fear but fear itself." Fear is a natural thing. Maturity is learning to embrace fear and come out the other side. Reuben's "curse" is fear and you have to go through fear to remove the curse of fear. The takeaway is that unshakeable faith and the willngness to embrace the strange and the unfamiliar and to "take action against a sea of arrows," is the way through. BTW, will work for us atheists too. Oh, and love is in there somewhere... as well.

WS W (br) wrote: It did make some politically correct points already back then. Acting delivered by Robert De Niro & the late Philip Seymour Hoffman was remarkable too. The story/narrative/directing/vibes/tempo were all so uninteresting however.

Maark T (ca) wrote: Classic 90's movie. Mark Walhberg is great as Diggler

jay n (ru) wrote: Angsty, maudlin drama based on a much better play. The actors are capable but something is lost in the translation from stage to screen.

Ray J (it) wrote: LIked this one, but not sure how "true to life" this one was. Good acting though.

Andrew L (ag) wrote: Not as good as first film, but goes in the right direction in terms of villains and portraying Superman in a human light with his wants and desires etc

Ashley H (au) wrote: Jewel Robbery is a decent film. It is about a gentleman thief charms a Viennese baron's wife and also conducts a daring daylight robbery of a jewellers. William Powell and Kay Francis give good performances. The screenplay is a little slow in places. William Dieterle did an alright job directing this movie. I liked this motion picture because of the romance and mystery.

Tim G (au) wrote: I like some of the ideas regarding the nature of time that are explored.........the falling in love with yourself and impregnating yourself lost me though.

Jordan G (au) wrote: I was never a Steven King fan. Only reason I watched, The Shining, was because of Jack Nicholson and Stanley Kubrick. And of course, only reason I watched this one, was because I love Johnny Depp. But, I have to say, this was a really good film! It kept me guessing the whole way though, and, I was actually creeped out in a couple of scenes!

Graham J (ca) wrote: Read a better book on this than this 'hollywood' version. Great scenery. Poor acting, usual 8 year old script. Group that wants to survive but heads towards disaster! Recovers with unlikely luck and stupid bravo. Ed Harris is awful. 50's American drive in movie hero (think Rocky too) unsuited to today's cinema.

Greg B (nl) wrote: The suckiest suck that ever sucked. Not a thing good about this turd.

Daniel P (nl) wrote: One fantastic short (Father's Day), one good (New Year's), the rest duds.

Edyn O (de) wrote: I laughed out loud more than once. Kevin and Dwayne play well off each other.
