(br) wrote: I don't play video games, but watching this movie made me feel as though this is what I was doing. And how sad that with the possibility of portraying a strong female heroine, they failed so miserably. Sigourney Weaver would be nauseated.
(ru) wrote: Braun is hilarious in this movie. The jokes are a bit inappropriate, but it is a very funny story of two best friends and their high school drama.
(nl) wrote: Adrian Paul not so much shits the bed this time but goes out to the streets and blasts his anus across the road, while onlookers watch in horror
(ru) wrote: Decent movie that tends to overstay it's welcome at a 1 hour and 52 mins it feels too long.
(mx) wrote: Not bad film. Acting isn't amazing (and you can clearly see Vinnie Jones checking out Samantha Mumba's form in every scene they are in - I'm not surprised!) but interesting film on the whole.
(gb) wrote: Thomas Sangster, Giovanna Mezzogiorno have an impressive performance. I love the kid so much..
(us) wrote: The music never approached the majesty of that in "Gettysburg'. The battlefield at Fredericksburg was obviously CGI. However, most of the criticism was unfair. The influence of religion in thought and word of Lee and Jackson was indeed that profoundly felt and expressed. Robert Duvall was infinitely better than Martin Sheen! I found the pace reasonable, given the widely varied familiarity of the audience with this history. There were casualties depicted; does one now need prolonged obligatory mutilation and carnage la 'Private Ryan'? What of the arm amputee in shock asking to retreat? Is not character developement thru' dialog important? Does one want continuous battle like the so many current films, with characters only a superficial filler? These so called 'critics' are self-appointed; note the frequent drastic varience in score with the viewing public!
(jp) wrote: This movie definitely has its flaws but the story and great fight scenes make up for them as far as I'm concerned.

(au) wrote: i dont really remember the story, but it is not really funny.
(fr) wrote: The reason I dislike this movie is because why did they kill off "Satori Imada" played by the chick from Rambo 2 and that Chuck Norris film "Sidekicks" yeah I know she had to sacrifice herself but what was the point of having her in the movie if you just killed her off. But really... 2007 is where Andy Dick is a Weather Reporter and there are gangs hitting the streets of New Angeles... Weird!!! But yes I love this movie.
(au) wrote: I seen this movie A long long time ago and I love it a couple of days ago this movie pop in my head and I need to see it again .
(mx) wrote: The Onion's "My Year of Bombs" has a definitive take on this awkwardly cheap concoction. As an Eastwood completist, I've suffered and own the video on a 3 for 1 (I haven't touched Honky Tonk man and still have to get past 8 minutes of Pink Cadillac). It would be interesting to rank the big E's movies from good to bad, based upon my preferences. The ones that receive "Eh..." for reviews are often much less interesting than the ones that were loudly denounced by critics.
(jp) wrote: This old school comedy just reminds me how crappy are those current ones.
(es) wrote: One of Garbo's fine performances, also it has some great shots, but the Queen Christina of Sweden's story is much greater than the movie
(gb) wrote: This movie seems to get bad reviews but I liked it. Its a jewel heist film with some dark twists.
(jp) wrote: You could almost call this film a spoof of others which had not even been made at this point, like Norma-Rae and Made in Dagenham. It's best point is the cast. Terry Thomas is splendid, even if almost every one of his sentances contained the words "Shower" (said with one syllable) and "stink", and Peter Sellars, who must have travelled back in time to make this considering he looks the same age as Thomas, and the same age as he does in all of his other (much later) films. I would rate this as one of Sellars' best performances.
(mx) wrote: Good cast, shit film.
(fr) wrote: Robert Downey and Jude law play an amazing Sherlock and Watson! They made this sequel just as awesome as the first
