Still, Zero Charisma is a smarter film than many of its contemporaries. The characters and their problems are real and heartfelt, their interactions smart and believable. The same truth, however, is that there isn't much development for the main, and only important, character (Scott Weidemeyer). The film is instead for of an exposition of his issues, with very little evolution of the underlying issues.

After studying organizational behavior in how to lead to a great workplace, I can't help but applying some of those learning concepts to this movie. This is a key demonstration of what kind of boss not to be ^.~Overall really funny movie. Very entertaining.
Waleed A (us) wrote: entertaining fun cheesy popcorn flick. pretty funny with some great action sequences and intense scenes. there were also some creative concepts. but of course it had some bad acting, and some horrible acting by non-actors who were in the movie for some reason. and of course some cheesy dialogue. but you can have some mindless fun with this movieSPOILERSthe creative concept was how they used the buoy to see where the ships were, and kind of made it like the battleship game of somewhat guessing and trying to hit the target.the black dude with no legs was a real navy vet, not an actor, and you could tell. his role was pretty big and it was brutal. and they also had a bunch of other navy vets in the movie, like it was some kind of advertisement for the navy. that was pretty dumb (2 viewings)

DC F (nl) wrote: I only rated it as high as I did due to this movie having a couple of creepy spots. Otherwise, it's boring, not well-acted and a waste of time (not that the director didn't try his hardest).

It stuck with me for a long time after watching it, and I think it's one of his very best. The transfer of this film is atrocious though; it looks like a 58th generation bootleg that was found in the titular pigsty, dusted off, and thrown on the shelves. I don't know what the people at Waterbearer were smoking that made them think this was releasable quality, but it needs some tender loving Criterion care now (along with the rest of his criminally difficult-to-find films)!

Vincent R (au) wrote: Robert Rodriguez delivers a gem diamond in Sin City! Adapted by Frank Miller and he also directs. With a speacial co directer Quentin Tarintino. Mickey Rourke delivers one of the best and most bad ass characters ever as Marve. And Bruce Willis as Hartigan isn't far off. Bencio Del Toro also delivers as Jackie Boy. And the whole cast is amazing also! The best movie of 2005 by far!!! Sin City is to good!!!
