Carlos M (fr) wrote: Except for one cathartic scene at the end, this bleak and sleep-inducing film feels like an empty exercise in silent resentment, as it tries the very opposite of any other family drama and is centered on two miserable human beings who never talk through their issues.

Jacky L (ru) wrote: woman power! could be the 'lightest' ozon flick i've seen to date. quite entertaining, a good-for-the-weekend, fluffy-like-meringue watch.

Heather M (us) wrote: Maybe, but I am going to have to hear a lot of good things first.

Greg R (br) wrote: This movie really doesn't have a aim of where exactly it's going, but I'm really glad I saw it. I just love how creatively tasteless this movie is. It's so oddly shot, and it is very surreal in it's stunning creative visuals. Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas is also a creativly unpleasant movie about the American Dream

Val B (ru) wrote: This movie was horrible, hahaha. There was no plot, it was just about shooting people up, but because it's from 1987, it was horrible and fake. And again, you will see Sandra Bullock advertised for this film a lot, but again, she has like 5 lines if that. It's a waste of 90 minutes.... take a nap or something instead.

Jon W (ca) wrote: Michael Ironside is very very creepy in this, more so than usual. The movie is overly long though, with a lot of Ironside sneaking around the hospital and then offing someone only to leave and come back later. A decent enough movie that could just use a little editing to be made better. Also it has William Shatner in it. I really like the cover art too.

Eliabeth B (kr) wrote: This is one of my favorite movies. Shirley MacLaine, Ginnie, is the poorly educated girl leading an unhappy life bouncing from one man to another, until she meets Frank Sinatra, Dave, a WWII veteran trying to escape his loneliness in drinking and gambling with a cynical new friend, Dean Martin, Bama, whose identifying trait is the cowboy hat he refuses to remove for anyone. Many stories are intertwined, but the moment when Ginnie sacrifices her life for Dave, and Bama's removal of his hat at her graveside is for me among the most heartbreaking of any film.

Nilufer R (au) wrote: I'd totally be more interested if the cast was more familiar. They weren't bad but not knowing anyone made me feel weird. The plot was good, it got way better in the second half.

Al M (fr) wrote: I enjoyed the premise and execution of The Uninvited initially--a woman so afraid of open spaces that she cannot move away from walls or let her arm dangle over the edge of the bed attempts to deal with the childhood traumas that caused her condition. Its creepiness and intelligence wear thin well before the film's climax.

Kevin H (kr) wrote: I'm biased ;-) But I've never been on Rotten Tomatoes before and this rating is LOOONG overdue! Thanks Milan Chakraborty for a labor of love, Jose Pablo Cantillo for bringing to the big screen, and all the wonderful performances! This indie reminded me why WE have to support and NOT miss out on perfectly great movies that aren't backed by the monster mainstream studios! Life needs a balance of movies that entertain and actually MEAN something well after leaving the theater...#WhereHopeGrowsMovie is one of them! :-) Beautiful story and refreshing acting makes for a feel-good flick for anyone! Don't wait for movies to just fall in your lap, many of the best ones means you have to put a little effort in finding makes viewing them even more worth it!
