There they will find another mystery to solve when strange things start to happening...From the beginning to the middle I was starting to like it; it had funny comedy that provided a few laughs then certain elements started to drive it downhill. The first of which: was the main character, Scooby-Doo... not being in a lot of scenes towards the ending half of the film. Fred & Daphne had on & off romance & Shaggy shortly in develops a crush on Velma & tries to establish a relationship with her which didn't add up to much.(Flop out at the ending for the romance if you ask me).The supernatural aspects were kept in & the cast members like Robbie Amell (Congratulations to him for landing his big role in) (The Tomorrow People)& Kate Melton gave solid performances; candidly the mystery itself did not greatly impress me...~I give this film a C (Common)
Cade H (ca) wrote: Pontpool is not your typical horror flick. The whole film takes place is a radio studio, there are no crazy kills or anything even remotely graphic that you would see in every other movie in this genre. Pontypool is all about creating a tense, scary atmosphere all based on words heard over the phone and radio. It is genius how they were able to accomplish such an intriguing story with such a minimum amount of pizazz and effects. I was really into the story until one point toward the end when their was a big reveal about what was actually going on and happening to the people. It was so weird and out there that it turned the scare factor way down for me. Even with the weird twist, I enjoyed the acting, the premise and it felt like a breath of fresh air for the horror genre.

And I enjoyed this one, the acting is nothing special not bad but not great either. What I liked is how the director really let the story speak for it self. Yes, it is slow but it does a great job of showing how hollywood was is the 30s, 40s, 50s and 6ps when the studio system was king. Basically the head of the studio was a mob boss, and some abused this power.
