Night At The Museum

Chaos reigns at the natural history museum when night watchman Larry Daley accidentally stirs up an ancient curse, awakening Attila the Hun, an army of gladiators, a Tyrannosaurus rex and other exhibits. Larry tries desperately to keep the museum under control, but he's fighting a losing battle until President Teddy Roosevelt comes to the rescue.

Larry Daley is a security guard at The Museum of Natural History. He is handed an over-sized flashlight and a dog-eared instruction manual, then left all alone in the eerily quiet, cavernous museum. At his wit's end, Larry must recruit the help of historical heavyweight Teddy Roosevelt just to survive the night. Facing the possibility of losing his job and letting down his son Nick yet again, Larry must wage an incredible battle to save the museum, hoping to become at last the bold, adventurous dad he's always wanted to be. The man who's been forever waiting for his moment of greatness just found it. . You can read more in Google, Youtube, Wiki

Rodney W (jp) wrote: A clever exploration of the sociosexual pressures that come with the transition to womanhood, tackling horror and reality in one blood-soaked swoop.

Julio R (es) wrote: This movie is killer! True unflinching real-life horror. And how appropriate to have this passing-of-the-torch between genres and eras overseen by the one and only Karloff, in his true last great moment.

Rhiannon P (br) wrote: Science fiction + Godard + Anna Karina.

Bob B (it) wrote: Saw this movie on TV when I was just a little guy (maybe 5 or 6), and I remember it scared the hell out of me. I liked being scared like that as a kid.

Sean W (de) wrote: Noe Coward script directed by David Lean, plays like a British version of Cavalcade....and although well written and beautifully shot, is kind of dry and lifeless.

James H (br) wrote: This is worth watching just for the fact that all three of the Barrymore clan are in it - John, Ethel and Lionel. It's a good story with a fine production. It is a bit long and has some slow areas, still, the acting is grand and it has many interesting scenes.

Kevin W (ru) wrote: Jack Kerouac is rolling in his grave because of this movie.
