The plot is fairly pedestrian and some of the dialogue wooden, but it is fun to see John Saxon, Basil Rathbone and Dennis Hopper. There is some horror in the last quarter, but the final scene - Basil Rathbone holding a tray of alien eggs surrounded by jelly looks like grandad bringing out the pudding!!
