Adam R (it) wrote: I've seen much worse, but this was too strange that I couldn't really get into it. The acting was poor to the point where a couple scenes were unintentionally funny. But aside from that brief entertainment The Forgotten is a movie that will ultimately be forgotten itself. (First and only viewing - In my early twenties)
Ian M (gb) wrote: This is, hands down, the best movie of the franchise. Synger and crew doubled down on the success of X-Men First Class and won. I'm not going to break it down, I'm just telling you to go watch this flick.
Grant S (kr) wrote: Very unusual and intriguing. Starts off incredibly well - edgy, very interesting, and doesn't givemuch away. The transformation of the author's wife is captivating, andhas many lessons in liberty, self-will, individualism and theirconsequences. However, the second act is confusing, drags on a bit and the plot isnot entirely water-tight. Some things just seem added in for shock orweirdness value. The conclusion is good and closes the loop well, though leaving roomfor a continuing moral. Solid performances all round.

David L (br) wrote: Another one of those films based largely in one confined setting, with a number of seemly disillusioned strangers wondering who each other are, and how on earth they all got there. It was a clever idea to then uncover that the whole scenario as a result of a big money kidnapping whereby the Individuals trapped were either the assassins or the hostages, but thanks to the side effects of some chemical explosion during a scuffle, their identities are kept a secret from both themselves and us until we gradually begin to discover them throughout the course of the film. As the gangsters and police close in on the building, none of the survivors know quite how they will be treated upon their arrival until gradually the amnesia begins to wear off and flashbacks of memories begin to trigger in their brains. It is somewhat a slight anticlimax though as not enough twists and turns were made of the identities in the run up to the climax, and then when we finally got to the token final twist, it all became too much too late, and resulted in what I perceived as a confusing and distinctly average ending. Thinking back upon it, there wasn't a great deal of action throughout and the intensity was just a bit lacklustre. Like the cast of this film, I too am likely to be suffering from amnesia soon, as this film is not likely to be remembered as one to watch.
Justin Q (mx) wrote: OMG this was horrible!!! How could this film be so bad? It had a good cast but I guess that goes to show you that you could have the best cast ever assembled but that doesn't mean it would be a good movie. The storyline was just stupid and made no sense. It jumped all over the place and the storyline actually made these actors suck. I don't know anything about Craig Sheffer, the director, but if all his films are as bad as this one then God help us. No one should see this film unless you want to see what a bad story and bad acting really looks like.
Pete S (kr) wrote: Chri is a sad, intelligent film about coming of age late in life, looking in the mirror and wondering, "What happened?" It started out funny and with life, and ended sad and lifeless.

I saw it on NETFLIX and a. it's horrible and b. the songs give me the jeebies. So, I'd give it a one or two, but OF COURSE a ONE for the movie.
