Fernando G (jp) wrote: Pixar does it again! It was great seeing Dory again.

Simon W (gb) wrote: Amazing Concept that has you gripped throughout! The phrase 'Time is money' couldn't be more true, Justin and Amanda do a Fab job!.. And really credit each other as the movie unfolds!

Luca D (fr) wrote: Ha i difetti di qualsiasi brutto film basato sulla guerra (e sulla retorica/cliche che ci girano attorno), faccio un elenco dettagliato dei difetti: tutti.

Shawn M (it) wrote: Good, although I was hoping for great...great insight to the biz and dynamics at Disney at the time...would recommend the BS Report podcast with Eisner to go along with this as background...

Ryan L (de) wrote: It is a story worth telling; if done right. This did not flow well. Which is too bad really.

Hsiung M (jp) wrote: Wonderful story about two like-able young women, One Muslim and the other an Orthodox Jew teaching at a New York elementary school. They form a strong friendship over their shared experiences concerning the process of arranged marriages and finding the right person.

Andre R (gb) wrote: Overly simplistic fun. None other than that.

Melissa T (us) wrote: Visually incredible and satisfying, almost to the point of no return.

Brian S (ca) wrote: This was the best God awful movie of all time. What makes it amazing is the fact that they're actually trying to make a dramatic movie. The narrator is so bad AND they actually type text onto the screen.

James G (es) wrote: Laughable WWII epic with Jason Connery (son of Scottish actor Sean Connery and Australian actress Diane Cilento) and Francesco Quinn (son of Anthony Quinn and second wife Iolanda Quinn). Donald Pleasance and Glenn Ford add some sanity to the plot but its overall too low budget to be taken seriously. This film was included with 19 others in a multiple DVD WWII era collection on the $5 rack in Walmart's. Buy yourself a hamburger instead!

Bheema D (it) wrote: If this was a movie just about spoiled white Cambridge kids who won a race, it would be a C movie at best, most probably shit. But this is a movie about religion, nationalism, and what it means to value where you come from. Problematic in multiple areas, but still very good. One thumb up, so to speak.

Jane R (nl) wrote: This was a funny flic and Peter Ustinov as Chan was great.

Johnny T (ca) wrote: Death on the Nile is a fine entertainment that is lovely to look at and easy to enjoy. Peter Ustinov is cast as the great Belgian sleuth Hercule Poirot in this Agatha Christie whodonit. Following the format of "Murder on the Orient Express," the film introduces an eccentric group of people all with a reason to murder. The victim this time is Linnet Ridgeway (Lois Chiles), a self-satisfied millionairess. After she is shot, Poirot and his friend Colonel Rice (David Niven) begin checking out a long list of possible suspects. There's also Angela Lansbury's tipsy portrayal of a romantic novelist; Bette Davis as a stuffy and overbearing Washington socialite and Maggie Smith as her bitter companion; Jack Warden as an hysterical Swiss physician. Death on the Nile is a clever, witty, well-plotted, beautifully-produced and splendidly acted screen version of Agatha Christie's mystery. It's old-fashioned stylized entertainment with a big cast and lush locations. Peter Ustinov is the fourth actor to play Belgian sleuth Hercule Poirot.VERDICT: "High-Quality Stuff" - [Positive Reaction] This is a rating to a movie I view as very entertaining and well made, and definitely worth paying the full price at a theatre to see or own on DVD. It is not perfect, but it is definitely excellent. (Films that are rated 3.5 or 4 stars)

Tim M (ru) wrote: The lighting and shadows add mystery while the characters that keep shuffling in creates a feeling of having walked into a party where you don't know anyone. It isn't Hitchcock's best but it has its merits. The camera may be shaky at times but there are still some well established shots. Done in Hitch's early days it shows, but there are still his elements within it. The plot is designed to where we no about as much as the first guy we see in the film. We tend to stay with him and learn for the most part only the things he learns. With a good twist at the end it's worth seeing if you like Hitchcock. It does tend to feel a bit like a play in some regards which, even though it is based on one, is unfortunate for the film to have that feeling.
