Jeff B (es) wrote: This film was just wrong on so many levels. First of all, the family portrayed as Mormon was nothing of the sort because most Mormon's are just like you and me. They just don't smoke, drink, or swear, but they do live just like most people. They don't talk, act, or dress or live like the family in the movie. And as far as the brother just leaving as he did, rarely happens. There is a clear lack of research that went into writing the film. And as far as the story is concerned, very cliche and uninteresting. I kept fast forwarding just to see how silly the conclusion was going to be. I wasn't disappointed. Don't bother .
David Ray G (us) wrote: Watched this at the 53rd International Thessaloniki Film Festival, and it's just one of those movies you happen to watch by accident, and chances are you'll never stumble upon them again in your life, but they're so wonderful and human and sweet that they stay with you. A great, simple story, fantastic acting by everyone involved, touching, emotional and - as mentioned before - just human. That factor makes the best films.

Oli H (de) wrote: Don't expect too much, especially when the two main cast were dating, since then broken up. Then again Kelly Brook will probably have the lads watching it either way :)
Becky T (kr) wrote: Really well done slow drama. They depicted an American's experience in Egypt quite beautifully, really.
Ruby (de) wrote: I felt kind of uncomfortable watching this movie the first time. Perhaps it is because I can relate to Asia in a way. If you don't have a very oepened mind, please don't boter to watch it!
Luca V (gb) wrote: At the time (2001) it was considered a film manifesto of the MTV generation. At the time the youngsters or old youngsters (we are talking about 30ish y.o.) did not show their piercings, maximum tacky tattoos like this Daniel, the ugly replica of Nick Cave, who shows his scribbles off. Apart from the cigarettes he is one man of great prominence for me: a writer, an unemployed, a penniless guy, with friends (and girlfriends) full of hang-ups. He??s changed 50 flats. At last he makes some money with a short story for the Penthouse Magazine, and he settles, whe he is going to face a trial for his debts. This is an underworld, I think they are real people. I mean neurosis make the people real, in general people keep their anger inside (many English speakers do that). Obviously Australia is a more ??contaminated?? country. I mean for the melting pot, and the fact it was a country for jailbirds (in the past) and for blonde actresses (now). I feel Daniel like, tonight with a strange time black hole, First May. It is Friday but it is like a Saturday. And I drank wine. Ehm, they do not drink in the film, they just play golf using frogs as balls. Live together with strangers and you could discover who you really are.
Chase H (gb) wrote: Before Snoop's character died his acting was really great but once he became "Bones" it seemed like he was trying too hard or something. The blood was way too fake looking and the make up on the cop was fuckin horrible but iloved the back story and ijust wish that the kills were better and that the movie was longer

Paul D (ru) wrote: It lacks the atmospheric direction often associated with Agatha Christie films, but Rutherford and co still provide a decent murder mystery.
Paul D (gb) wrote: Joel McCrea's portrayal of a tough government agent on the trail of robbers is probably the best reason to watch the film. It's not outstanding but he does hold the film together.

Jairo A (es) wrote: Crocodile Dundee is basically a movie about a jungle man coming to the big city, that's it! It does provide some good laughs and the acting was good enough. Yes, there are better comedies out there but it's a fun watch if you're into 80s movies. 3/5 or 6/10
Ben R (fr) wrote: Classic Corman Sex and gore with some early 80's cheese thrown in for good measure. Great late night watch.
