Richard H (us) wrote: Hmmm, this movie had it's moments but was, all in all, a typical genre movie. Shot on shaky hand held DV camera's and full of "I dont know what I'm looking at" moments, this movie manages several things really well. There is a sense of claustrophobia that pervades the movie really wellEqually the small cast means that Neve McIntosh and Shaun Dooley are given a lot of time to build up credible (but far from lijkable). Equally there are a couple of quite nice character moments which are really well judged. The director made good use of his limited budgetOn the negative side, the movie is repetitive, it has several points of total logic and plot fail. There is a point where a character that has seemingly been killed returns from the dead. No explanation is ever given. Plus the final denounment is very weak and rather cliched. Not a bad effort though

Joe C (nl) wrote: A Ponderous and brutally pretentious film. You can totally tell that Bruce McDonald was aching so badly to be the Canadian version of Michelangelo Antonioni or Ingmar Bergman. The acting is so comically bad, it can almost be viewed as a satire of terrible Canadian indie films. But hey, not too bad for a graduate of Ryerson's film program.

Morris N (gb) wrote: Some will think it corny. I suppose it is. I loved the three bachelors, and the show features some great singing. As a believer, I liked the message because I pretty much agree with it. Whatever faults this movie may have, its heart is absolutely in the right place. I recommend it, but you might want to read a synopsis to see if this is your cup of tea.

Alyssa Milano stops yelling daddy, gets a warrant and makes a fish sandwich for Charlotte Lewis (kee nang from The Golden Child) who avoids being jumped by Rastafarian's wanting to smoke her scrolls in this vampish feature.
