Al S (jp) wrote: A terrific and engaging mystery series that has a tremendous amount of style, suspense, dark humor and action. A full-on and extremely exciting Australian noir. A stunning and mesmerizing crime-drama. Guy Pearce creates one of his best characters ever in one of his most exciting performances. A thrilling piece of television. It's the real deal; great storytelling and great acting.
Danny M (it) wrote: Great film. Seen in cinema years ago. Gassed pass action, tom hanks is so good aswell.
Joe H (br) wrote: I wasn't expecting much from this movie due to the fact that I got it in a 8 movie collection and the first movie I watched in the set was a big o' fat dud Ring rip off from Australia. The soundtrack doesn't fit very well and not great acting but I liked the cinematography and surreal scenes of the Julian character losing it. All in all okay movie.

Shane J (ru) wrote: The worst of the series so far as theres no steve james??? To make up for it they now have both american ninjas in 1 film. well i say 1 film they hardly ever on screen together apart from when they have a fake fight as someone's disguised as bradley for a quick rumble. I like how they are supposed to be friends but neither met each other in the previous movie? and that dudikoff is such a bad ass ninja of invisability he runs around in a bright yellow suit!!! Disapointing as the plot doesnt involve super ninjas being made!
Hannah D (de) wrote: I had always been interested in seeing this, the biggest draw being Jessica Tandy, but I found this quite disappointing, and it ended up being background noise while I read my magazine. I liked the cute little spaceships, but I just found it rather boring as there wasn't enough dialogue.
Robert W (ca) wrote: Madness, just madness. Simply put, this movie is about bad men on both sides of the slave trade. Klaus Kinski is great in the role of the bandit, Cobra Verde, who was sent to West Africa to procure more slaves for a Brazilian plantation. How his success proves to be his undoing is is vividly portrayed.

alan j (ru) wrote: Final installment of the Airport series which had been steadily declining since the original in 1970. The efx are pathetic, but even worse the storyline is poor with plot holes big enough to fly the concorde through. The script is downright awful, with plenty of awkward moments, although meant to be serious, elicit snickers or belly laughs from the viewer. Poor george Kennedy, minimalized in Airport 1977, has a leading role in this feature but almost seems embarassed by this fiasco. A poor wrap-up to the series. This movie can best be summed with by the "cockpit" remark..poor taste and putrid. The movie seems to suddenly end; I guess the producer ran out of money and decided enough was enough.
Matt C (ca) wrote: It's a bit more aimed at kids this one with a plethora of Batman characters making an appearance, a more simplified storyline and some cheesey moments. It's still a fun watch though.

Ken S (kr) wrote: This big budget epic World War I silent film is probably best known for being the first film to ever win the Academy Award for Best Picture. Though that first year their were two categories, with "Sunrise, A Tale of Two Humans" winning artistic achievement. The film is good, but the first hour drags in places. Luckily the second half is a bit more action packed and the scale of the battle scenes is great. The way that the plane action is shot is tremendous, it never feels phony. The war bits of this film hold up great, the plot line about two aviators in love with the same hometown girl is kind of boring. Worth seeing for historical significance and some great World War I plane fights.
